Having not been able to be present in London for the entire experience, I must admit that my review may be somewhat biased. However, I wanted to share my thoughts on my interactions with Jack Welstead, the real estate agent I communicated with throughout.
Jack has proven to be an exceptional professional in the field. He consistently displayed eagerness to find solutions, offered assistance whenever needed, and genuinely cared about my well-being. It's quite rare to encounter such qualities in a real estate agent, and I commend Jack for his outstanding dedication and customer-oriented approach.
While I can't fault Jack for any shortcomings, I feel compelled to mention that my overall rating is not a full 5 stars. This rating is primarily influenced by the unfortunate circumstances that unfolded after I signed for a flat, paid the deposit, and the first month's rent, only to be informed at the last minute that the landlord had a change of mind. This unexpected turn of events resulted in financial loss for me.
Moreover, it's important to note that I sent money through a French bank, which incurred additional taxes. When the funds were eventually returned to me, further taxes were deducted. Consequently, I found myself at a loss of 200 euros throughout the entire process.
While my personal experience may not have been entirely positive, I believe it's crucial to recognize the exceptional service provided by Jack. However, it's advisable for individuals to exercise caution and consider the potential risks associated with financial transactions in similar situations.

Excellent service from Draker and Will on moving into our new property. From the first visit, to getting the keys and supporting us while setting things up, everything was handled very professionally.
