Faulty item sent. The pen was Christmas present and we have very disappointed child.

Just sent a complaint to their support so let’s see how it goes. May change my review once our product has been sufficiently replaced quickly.

My daughter is just delighted with the 3-D Pen and filaments we got her as part of her Christmas. She figured out usage by herself and has been happily creating ever since. I just purchased some more filaments for her in a different colour range and the customer service and response was fantastic. Ver happy indeed and would highly recommend.

I bought this for my 11 year old niece.
She has used it non stop and created some amazing sculptures.
I highly recommend this product for budding artists

Got the pen for a Christmas present for my daughter. Got it out to try it and didn’t think it worked. I emailed customer services, got a speedy response and it was just me not setting it up correctly. Great pen, daughter loves it!

We couldn’t figure out how to get the pen to work initially- I felt the instructions were not very clear. I wrote an email to ask and even though it’s the Christmas period I got a detailed and very helpful response very quickly which solved this issue. Very happy with the customer service.

Product for children, requested refund and no response, just a mobile number and an home address who knows if it is legit.

I bought this for my little boy for a Christmas present but unfortunately after opening it Christmas day and me spending all day on Christmas day trying to get it to work it just wouldn't heat up and I had a very upset little boy. After emailing back and forth for a couple of days they sent me a replacement pen with next day delivery, which has arrived today and so far is working perfectly! This has made my little boy very, very happy. Excellent customer service, I'm really pleased thank you.

I bought a 3d pen for my daughter for Christmas and unfortunately it broke after the first time of using. I contacted Draw 3D and they apologised and sent a new one out within 2 days. The pen works perfectly and my daughter is really happy.

Was a Christmas present for my daughter and she LOVES it, easy to set up and she's having great fun practising.

Bought as a Christmas present for my son. Mother in law spent a fair amount on a full kit - pens, stencils, filament etc. Pen doesn’t heat up at all. Switches on, doesn’t reach correct heat for the filament to be taken in by the pen. Completely useless. Extremely disappointed and upset child. Hardly write reviews but genuinely wouldn’t want anyone going through this.
Emailed them to ask them to refund however still no response.

Pen doesn’t work at all. Same experience as those detailed below. Doesn’t heat up at all. A very disappointed child on Christmas Day! Contacted company who issued a refund quickly-suspected they’ve had to refund a few people other the last couple of days! Don’t waste your time/money.

I got the 3D pen for my daughter's Christmas. When we tried it at first we couldn't figure out how to heat it up - we felt the instruction manual was not clear or helpful.

We assumed we had a dud pen so I emailed the company. In the meantime I figured it out and got the pen working.

However the company had emailed back very quickly and with a thorough, friendly and helpful email which was great. They've been very communicative and taken my feedback on board about the instruction manual.

Overall this one is great so far. It takes some practice but surely that is a good thing?!
Company have been very communicative and I feel now I can email and ask them for help when needed.

Worked for 1 minute and then the filament stopped coming out from the tip of the pen. Just emailed customer services for a refund so we’ll see how quickly they respond……UPDATE….refund received 3 hours later! I can’t knock that for fast customer service. Let’s hope it’s just a bad batch of pens and the rest are ok

Pen does not work. It won't heat up. Disappointing that my child cannot use their Christmas present. Have emailed waiting for a response.

The pen is useless, which is unfortunate given that it is Christmas time. I requested a refund and will update if they respond. Why are you allowed to sell this???? I will never trust anyone other than @Amazon.com.

Gifted to my child as a Christmas present but the pen was faulty and unusable. We shall see how the customer services/return process goes.

Update: multiple emails and phone calls, no response whatsoever. This is not a legitimate company.

Do not purchase products from this company.
Items faulty, and not faulty as in not working, faulty as in working inefficiently, not according to instructions and not by manufactured standards.

Didn’t come with full charging equipment (12v DC charger required with cable), however not mentioned anywhere on website or along purchasing.
Highly DO NOT recommend.

Just ordered from this site and accidentally selected the wrong colour. I emailed the customer support team asking for a colour change and then almost immediately replied saying they would do this for me. Fantastic service! Looking forward to receiving and then gifting the pen 🎁😊

Very pleased with the quick communication when I had a query about a placed order, and in addition it had quick delivery.
