Excellent communication and outstanding patience whilst we finalized, drew and redrew the plans. Jacob at the Drawing & Planning team made it his priority to understand our needs and was available to us for face 2 face meetings, over the phone and last minute whatsApp communication too, an absolute pleasure to work with. Thanks to a wonderful team effort, and Drawing & Plannings well rounded understanding of architectural and planning requirements, we were delighted to have our 'drawing' and 'planning' taken care of all under one roof.

The whole team worked well together and made sure the planning process was handled smoothly. Communication was excellent throughout, and all our questions were always answered quickly. 'Drawing & Planning' recently handled the planning application and drawings for my conservatory extension. I had previously approached several other architectural firms that quoted astronomical prices for these services. D&P's transparent pricing on their website made it easy to select the services needed and then pay online or arrange over the phone. They made the entire planning process straightforward from start to finish and successfully obtained a favourable result from the council. Special mention to Jacob and Mosh who were on hand to answer queries and keep me posted on the progress of my application. There was a minor issue with invoicing for agreed services however this was quickly resolved. Overall I am very happy with D&P and would not hesitate to recommend their services or use them again in future.

I was able to meet the team face to face, which really helped me to explain the crux of my project. Plans were submitted, and Planning permission was granted by the local council. I used this company about a year ago to help regularise works carried out on a property (prior to my ownership). I only have good things to say. David Mansoor communicated clearly at the front end, was professional and patient(!) with me throughout. And quick. More importantly, the works were regularised. Happy customer.

We were sold the contract by Jeremy Stein to work on a planning application for 8/9 flats in East London. Since we instructed them, the work was passed down to other people who I believe were interns. When making calls regarding sales and payment Jeremy communicated very well with us, however since we paid the deposit, the firm actively began avoiding communication with us by phone claiming to have changed company policy. We had to point out a number of mistakes in the drawings which they had to concede and correct - we can provide proof of this. The drawings were ill considered, unprofessional and unsatisfactory. When we exposed these facts they became increasingly difficult to contact unless we threatened to cancel the contract. I would highly recommend against using this company - they are not on the client’s side and once they have your money will become complacent. In my opinion they overcharge and under deliver. The only time we received responses to our attempts to communicate was when we threatened legal action. Very disappointed. There are also a number of reviews on Google expressing similar experiences with this company.

The claims that the client was aggressive are unsubstantiated and futile. We are happy to provide evidence of our correspondence and invite this company to prove “we were aggressive”, despite these false claims, we are disappointed that these accusations are being made, irrespective of these claims, we were polite throughout - the fact is, we were not even communicated with and are disappointed with the service we received. Having paid a large sum of money we were deliberately not communicated with, despite getting through to the office and being assured someone would contact us back. Furthermore, the claim that coronavirus meant short staffing is also irrelevant as we were assured teams were working virtually and know for a fact the company was still operating. We can also provide proof of this. We were told multiple times we would be called back. Despite the circumstances we believe we did not receive fair treatment and are very disappointed with both the quality of work and the level of unprofessionalism. Highly recommend against using this company for medium to large scale projects in my opinion, they do not have the capacity.

D&P were employed for a multiple phased planning project, over a duration of over 6 months. We successful obtained planning as desired thanks to their professional approach and experience.

I would definitely recommend and work with them in future.

You can report my reviews all you want. The truth is I have had a very bad experience with your company. No plans were sent back. Consultant had changed plans from the promised 50m2 to the 32m2 and charged me around £2,500 for a garden house plan. It is extortionate. I lost my deposit and that was my hard worked money. I personally do not recommend.

Response to reply: Since then, I have received permission for a 60m2 garden house with another company after Drawing and Planning failed to help achieve this. I do not expect or want any more service from yourselves, especially after your performances. All I want is a fair return of the sums I invested minus the cost of sending 1 individual to measure the garden. You have previously stated that you had sent me the planned sketches which is an obvious lie, I would be grateful if you can prove this via your previous emails.

Used Drawing and Planning Ltd. I was very happy with all aspects of the service communication was excellent. I was out of the country and I left my problem in their capable hands. No hidden costs 👍🏻

David, Jeremy and the rest of the team were great in helping me acheive the planning I set out to get and more. We were really able to maximise our space and the servce and turn around was excellent. We had support in both pre-app and application and were supported the whole way.

David Mansoor and Thomas Tinel were professional, providing advice, guidance and expertise which lead to a successful planning application for a Change of Use from HMO to Children's Residential Home.

I was provided with advice to make contact with local Councillors and to engage with the local neighbours after my application received an unanticipated high volume of objections (87 to be exact).

Overall the credibility of the proposal was recognised by the Council and the application was approved without the need for any complicated Committee Meetings or appeals, within timescales.

I would like to express my sincere thanks for this service and would highly recommend.
