I have read the bad reviews below and it makes me sad, because I had such a great experience. It was a few years ago. I wonder if the business has now grown faster than they can keep up with, because when I went to order again just now they have a message on their web site saying they can't take any more orders currently because they have so many back logged to complete first and to please be patient and come back at a later date. I was initially very sceptical, so I had a few emails back and forth first to make sure it wasn't a scam. I think I paid with pay pal to ensure getting a refund if it was no good or didn't arrive. That's what I usually do to be safe. The product was absolutely beautiful. It was a drawing of myself that my great niece did for me. She drew it during the first Covid lockdown ( 2019?) and it meant so much to me that she remembered me. I just wish I had ordered in gold, not rose gold, because I feel the rose gold blends with my skin tone too much and I want it to stand out more. I really wanted to order a new one for my niece for Mother's Day. Her daughter ( my great niece) has drawn a family portrait. I'll try to order for Xmas and if it doesn't arrive in time I'll save it for next Mother's Day. I hope they sort out their issues, because it is a beautiful product and I found all communications were really good. The box is really sweet too, but I'm not sure if they still use the same packaging. This review did not give an option to set a date longer than one year ago. So I just clicked one year ago.

I have to give this company 1 star because 0 isn't an option.

They sent out a piece of jewellery that didn't even say what the picture I sent in said. They then refused a refund or replacement - not adhering to their own refund policy.

Stay clear from this company They are awful.

AVOID at all costs! Clearly a dodgy site that doesn’t refund / respond. Still waiting 8 weeks later for my item which they are saying is delayed with the courier due to Omicron?! Avoid them! They are clearly not legit.

Ordered a 40th birthday present of my young son's drawing. This was over 7 weeks ago, I have received nothing. Tracking from the UK says its with Hermes, Hermes say contact the sender. Drawnies keep telling me they are looking into it - I'm on my 7th email and no closer to getting the product, getting a replacement or a refund. Thoroughly thoroughly disappointed with this business. I'd never buy from them again.

Never received my order.

Was given 3 different tracking info and then when I finally asked for the UK tracking information, I was given a hermes tracking number but the order hadn't moved for weeks, so hermes states I need to contact Drawnies to chase the order, which I did, but they have now stopped replying to my emails.

Extremely disappointed as I ordered for a Christmas present.

I strongly recommend you avoid this company. I contacted Hermes who said as Drawnies have sent it, they need to get in contact with them (annoying but at least they told me exactly what needs doing by them) I contacted drawnies again, included a screenshot of my Hermes conversation stating nothing can be done until they contacted Hermes regarding my order, I received an email back saying they were not going to do this and that they will wait and see what happens. Its now been 2 months!

I had a Drawnies made from a drawing my daughter did when she was tiny. It was a picture of me. I was smiling big with lots of hair, legs, and even a belly button, but I had NO arms. I loved that picture so much that I kept it on the refrigerator for five years. Now I have a lasting memento of that adorable drawing. I ordered mine as a keychain, but I removed the ring and added a pretty holder so I could use it as a Christmas ornament. I simply LOVE it ! ! ! I just ordered a second Drawnies of a piece of art my son did. I can’t wait to get it in. Great products from a Great company ! ! !

It's a garbage China business. Par for the course with anything from them. End up buying some cheap item that looks like a good idea. Delayed, no communication, poor quality, no response to emails. Be warned, it is what it is. Don't buy without doing research and read other reviews from real people and not some social media farm

I am so upset, the day before Xmas and the main present I've bought for anyone this year STILL isn't here even after ordering over 4 weeks ago.
I've had no communication at all, even though I've sent email upon email. According to the website it should have been here by the 11th. It also states on the website that you'll get a full refund within 30 days (you don't) its all not true.
Eventually I received an email but it was just automated. So disappointed at the lack of info and communication. If I was told it wouldn't be here for Xmas I would have had time to sort out something else. Don't get scammed like me!!!!

I ordered a bracelet with my daughter's drawing. It arrived yesterday and is really lovely - lots of compliments and my daughter was amazed! It took a while to arrive, but they were clear about that on their website so it actually came earlier than I was expecting. Will order for other family members now.

I provided a pic and inky got a portion of the pic. There was NO communication from the company that they couldn’t accomplish the necklace the way I wanted. When ordering they say they will contact within 48 hrs if not possible. I received the product and when I emailed them of my concerns they told me I could have 10% off another product. I informed them I wanted to return it and get a refund and they have ignored all 3 requests.

Thought this is too good to be true, but I gave them a try and was overwhelmed by the result. The necklace looks exactly like the handwriting of my son, already ordered more for the grandparents.

I gifted Drawnies to my whole family - they loved it!! The best present for parents and grandparents

I have ordered some personalised products which got lost during transport. They refuse a refund and I am worried they might be a scam company :(

Ordered in October for Christmas gift. Didn’t show up. Lots of emails saying it’s on its way. Mid Feb now and mid Jan promised replacement not shown up either. Have asked twice for a refund..........

Stated in a previous customer review as a scam - possible trouble with her delivery as my experience with Drawnies WAS NOT A SCAM.
I received the product. The picture is a perfect copy and representation of the photo of the childs drawing I sent in.
I will however say I would have liked it to have been thicker as I worry about the usage on keys with general day to day use causing in possible breakages/bends.
But the concept and result I should beautiful!

Scam. Ordered in November but has not arrived. Customer service ignoring my emails. They’ve changed from .co.uk to .com. They have terrible reviews under their .co.uk. Wish I’d done a deeper research into the integrity of this company.
