Poor quality measuring guide

I have to use dr browns as no other option with baby having cleft palate he can only use these but im very disappointed in the quality of print on bottles. Baby is 6mth old and already bottle measuring guide has come off in places making it difficult to measure feeds and meaning i have to purchase replacement more frequently than i would have other makes.

Very reliable service.

I accidently put the wrong delivery address but then I contacted the customer service who instantly replied and amended the address and informed me via email about the updated delivery address. The products of Dr Brown are always reliable and trustworthy. The delivery was on time with the expected product.

Serious Quality and Safety Concern

I recently purchased a Dr. Brown’s bottle Feeding set and was extremely disappointed by the quality of the product.
Out of the 8 teats included in the set, 7 have a clear manufacturing defect. The teat outlet is uneven and has excess silicone material attached. This raises a serious safety concern, as small pieces of silicone could potentially detach during use and pose a choking or ingestion hazard for infants.
What is particularly concerning is that Dr. Brown’s own product instructions warn that small parts which are accidentally inhaled or swallowed may cause serious injury. Unfortunately, the condition of these teats directly contradicts that safety guidance.
I strongly recommend that other parents carefully inspect the teat outlet before use.
I have already reported this issue to Dr. Brown’s customer service, but unfortunately, I have not received any response to date.

Disgusting customer service Velcro…

Disgusting customer service Velcro broke after 1 week use tried to not refund or solve the problem until i threatened to take my evidence to the police

Not worth it, rubbish communication too

Didn't meet their premium delivery as it arrived later than they said it would. Contacted them about this via email as I paid extra for the delivery and got no response at all. Bottles weren't even worth it, my baby ended up being sick drinking from them which he never did with the previous make I was using. Also one leaked all over the bag it was in.

Great

The experience was great as I had to return my products, it was paid back very easily.
Unfortunately, there is no glass bottles anymore, that is such a shame. I hope they will return soon.

Love these bottles

Love these bottles. They are the best for helping babies against tummy pains. I am now ordering the bigger sizes.

No support

I had an issue with a bottle I purchased via Amazon, I was told I needed to speak to the manufacturer (Dr Browns) so I filled in the form on the website. I had a response the next day from Georgina asking for more details of my issue and that’s where the conversation ended I never had a response back even chased a few times. This has left me with bottles I cannot use or trust. My recommendation don’t buy.
