Amazing!! Got a drawing for my grandparents 50th anniversary and the likeness is unreal! Incorporated all of the interests specified in a creative and classy manner! 100% recommend!!

After seeing the reviews and Duncan's work we asked him to do an A3 picture as a unique and personal present for an 80th birthday. We sent all sorts of interests of the person and photos and we got the most amazing caricature back. We saw the draft in pencil first, so could ask questions or request tweaks all of which were done very quickly and without any hassle.
The final result, which we had DrCartoon Frame was a fantastic likeness to both the person and the character. We are absolutely thrilled. Highly recommended.

I've had two caricatures done over a couple of years from Dr Cartoon and I couldn't recommend him enough! He goes more for a likeness than a 'mocking' caricature with humour instead being found in the other details of the image (the only limit is your imagination). My sister and brother-in-law loved their wedding present from me, and my best friend loved his for his 30th. What can I say? They make great gifts!

I couldn't be happier with the caricature that Duncan has created for me! It is a gift and I can't wait to give it! The likeness is uncanny and my simple idea was turned and adapted into an amazing picture!

I ordered a caricature for a friend - it was a little unusual, but Duncan was amazing. I especially liked being able to see and comment on the pencil sketch before we committed to a final ink design as I wanted to be sure that it would be a kind caricature.

Duncan has just done a caricature for a collague/very good friend who has just left our place of work. It is absolutely fabulous. I wrote a few lines detailing her likes and hobbies and he managed to incorporate all of that into the drawing. Everyone who saw it prior to her opening it said how great it was but most importantly, my friend loves it too. What a great way to capture memories.
It's always a worry shopping online when you only have reviews etc to go by but Duncan replied to all of my queries with such speed and managed a very quick turnaround too once I gave him the leaving date.

I requested a caricature of a dear colleague who was retiring. Having asked for various details, Duncan produced a fabulous caricature which included all the details I had requested and the likeness was brilliant!! There was no doubt who it was. A very prompt service and well worth the money. Will definitely use Duncan again

We ordered a caricature for our friend and personal trainer, who after many years of circuit training had decided to retire. The process from initial request to actually receiving the sketch was less than a week, and would probably have been quicker if we had not asked for
a number of tweaks! Duncan was very patient and responded very quickly to our requests. The finished product was amazing and a great likeness to our friend. We also liked the fact that the caricature was not over exaggerated. Well done Duncan, we will surely recommend and use you again.

Duncan asked for details and characteristics of the person who the caricature was for and the personalisation was great. The caricature has a brilliant resemblance and I will definitely be ordering from Duncan again.

What an excellent picture. Commissioned Duncan to do a caricature of my friend for her 80th Birthday and I know she'll be so happy with it. The picture looks just like her and the colours are great too. Duncan really captured her personality and just from a few photos that I sent and a few short stories I told him. I would recommend everyone to try this as a different idea for a present for someone. Duncan kept me informed of his progress and the picture was finished really quickly.

We wanted a caricature for our retiring Matron and initially had a bad experience with a different caricaturist, however on persevering we found Dr Cartoon. He was able to meet our tight timescale and we were happy with his clear, prompt communication. The draft that followed a day later was exactly what we were wanting. The final coloured version arrived in time and our Matron loved his present, it was a great way to show our thanks to him

Duncan was great to work with, we had a quick chat on the phone of what i was looking for and then sent him some photos and some background on the interests of the individual i wanted him to draw. he came back within a couple of days with an outline sketch, which the quickly then converted into a finished picture. The caricature was a leaving gift for a friend t work who got quite emotional when we presented it to him. Would happily recommend Duncan and use him again.

Found Drcartoon after a Google search. Really pleased with the caricature for my brother’s 70th birthday. It is so like him! The background is exactly what I wanted, didn’t need to alter the preview sketch at all. I’m sure Michael will be delighted with it.
