I strongly advise others to avoid this transporter. I hired him to deliver goods from the UK to France and he explicitly promised to handle customs clearance, invoicing me £579 for VAT and import duties. After delivery, he failed to provide any va lid customs documentation. When I insisted, he eventually sent me a forged French customs document (DAU). I took it to the French customs office myself — they confirmed it was a fake, and that no import declaration was ever filed. He had indeed completed the export side correctly with Customs Link in the UK, but lied about the French import clearance, keeping the money for himself. French customs have opened a case, and I am filing complaints with HMRC, Action Fraud, and Trading Standards. This is not a misunderstanding — it's a serious fraud involving forged documents and VAT evasion. ⚠️ I expect the transporter may respond to this review with lies or excuses — but I have proof and official confirmation to back every word I've said.

Super quick delivery, super quick communication and super price!!

Everything went as planned, great communication and fantastic staff!!

Better stay away! The owner will trick you into closing the deal by prompt communication and competitive prices. However: They HEAVILY DAMAGED MY FURNITURE and didn't reimburse the damage. Coming up with a ridiculous "goodwill" peanuts amount but then asking for additional payment because of flight of stairs. I had clearly stated (in writing) that the delivery destination was on the second floor and that the agreed price is the final price and I would not accept any extra charges, explicitly mentioning the flight of stairs.. The company owner just responded that he "assumed" there was a lift in the building. It is a jerky business!! He further claimed that their insurance didn't cover the damage because the items were not packed. 1) I was never asked whether the items should be packed 2) The damage is so heavy that it was GROSS NEGLIGENCE. The other items were delivered in a DIRTY condition and completely SOAKED. Better stay away and be careful to not get tricked like I was.

This review is for DRC Removals whose manager Steve claims in his response that I have reviewed the wrong business after he sent me a ridiculous email after my review was published.... He's treating his employees in a very disgraceful way and doesn't give a damn about his clients and their belongings.

Delivered my bike from Southern France. No problems there. However, within the price I paid import tax and customs duty. 8 weeks later I still can’t register my bike as no NOVA certificate has arrived. I was given a number which turned out to be incorrect and now no-one is answering my messages. Nightmare.

I have used many courier before and it’s my second time using their services and I will definitely choose this company, the 2 Gentleman were gentle, on time, fast and friendly. Really happy with their services.

After receiving several exorbitant quotes (from £700 to £1500) for shipping an American fridge from the UK to the north of France, DRC sent me a quote for less than £400. The next day they collected and delivered it.
