I went to DRC with a problem concerning the upholstery in my caravan. We had a mouse infestation and a large hole had been eaten in one of the seat cushions. Rob Parry, the director of the company, arranged for the cushion to be repaired, using material taken from the back of the cushion together with new foam. The result exceeded my expectations. It was all carried out quickly and efficiently to my entire satisfaction. Rob was frequently in touch with me, keeping me up to date on progress. I will certainly return to DRC should any other problem arise. First rate service. Thank you Rob and DRC.

Marcus was so patient and very thorough in helping my severely sight impaired husband with his new phone. We appreciated the time taken and also additional research carried out by Marcus.

I was put in a tricky situation changing from one business contract to another and was a very stressful situation I was left in. I was put in touch from Marcus at DRC and he completely sorted out the entire situation and helped provide a solution from my previous supplier, he made the whole thing from start to finish stress free after that and a complete breeze 5 stars all the way!! Would recommend for anyone as the service has been absolutely top notch!

Dodgy company using dodgy marketing tactics.

My consultant is Farhan Baig,He’s such joy to work with, I’ve never had stress of when will my next job be coming whether it’s on short notice or allocation in advance I relax knowing that Farhan has my best interest at heart, he’s patient,compassionate and professional He’s known to my entire family, if there’s an emergency my family have the name and number of the agency and the name of my consultant,Farhan I’ve always said if Farhan was to change I’d follow him

Whilst some of the administration has been frustrating my agent is brilliant. She is endlessly supportive and available. I know that she is very much on my side.

I needed to transfer a staff members phone to a personal account. As always, the service from DRC was exemplary. The staff are friendly and helpful

We have used DR Comms for so many years now and I don't know how I would have managed without them. Having to manage the mobile phone contract for about 30 users when you know nothing about mobile phones, is made easy when DR Comms look after your contract.
