Since the pandemic last year I have been treating myself with special dinners and appetizers that I couldn’t have imagined indulging in at home along without listening to virtual jazz concert (Brian Culbertson). Friday April 23rd 2020 I decided to treat myself with some caviar. For the past 2 weeks I have been reading about how and what to eat with it, the best, etc. so much fun!! I found this store in Houston, northwest side of town. I was someone intimidated at first, then thought, oh what the hell, everyone has had a first!!
I went to Dr Delicacy Friday morning. I can not remember the Lady’s name that assisted me with my purchase. She came outside to direct me inside. Customer service was excellent. There was a lady there on the computer, who looked like the lady who’s pic was on the wall (houston chronicle article). I asked the sweet lady who assisted me if the person in the article was the same lady sitting at the computer. She said “yes” she’s the owner. That owner never spoke, didn’t say one word. Maybe she was too busy, I guess . The lady that assisted me was very nice and customer service was excellent!!!

Good first experience. Ordering was easy, picked up on New Year’s Eve day. Staff was pleasant but best of all, the caviar was great!

I was very impressed with the delivery of our purchased items. I received the order within a day, and the product was packaged professionally to preserve the quality-we will definitely be ordering again soon!

I'm updating my previous review (which was also five stars, but mentioned the caviar, creme fraiche, little caviar spoons, personalized delivery time and lovely packaging were amazing, BUT that I didn't love the little blini which seemed doughy). NOW I know that I was supposed to heat up the little pancakes and I feel so silly. YUM. All the way around. Thanks to DR Delicacy I can treat myself from time to time.

The website is easy to use. Delivery was on time and even gave me a phone call to make sure I knew the delivery was made. The delivery charge was very reasonable. The products were perfect and my husband loved it. I still can’t believe this business and level of service exists!!! Will definitely use them again!!!! Thank you so much. You made the holiday season for my husband.

We placed our online order and very quickly received a call from the company that our entire order would not be available. We also determined that the remaining portion of the order would not arrive in time for our scheduled event. Dr. Delicacy refunded our money without any problems. Although our order was not possible, we greatly appreciate the promptness and honesty.
