I had damage to my nose due to previous procedures including threads and too much filler. I hated my nose before and always wanted to go to Dr Deniz for a nose job - and now I have done it, it was the best thing I have ever done. People always compliment me on my nose now, it really suits my face and the difference is incredible. Felt so at ease throughout the whole thing I wasn't even a bit nervous on the surgery day, he is really calming and reassuring, you feel you can really trust him. He is incredible at what he does, very honest, talented and kind. I am forever grateful to him for changing my life! I recommend him to everyone, always.

I had a consultation with Dr. Kanliada for early Sept 2023. I paid the deposit partially to secure the appointment. I ended up cancelling in good time, over a week before the appointment date. I asked for the deposit payment back £100 pounds and the booking team accepted. I sent them on my bank details and they told me they have refunded the payment. After 2 weeks I still hadn’t received the payment so I contacted them and they said it may take up to 10-15 working days for the funds to enter my account. A month later I still had not received any payment so I contacted them once again. They replied and said the money should be in my account within a “couple hours” after already telling me they had sent the payment a month prior. A day later they contacted me and asked me to confirm my bank details so I did (my IBAN and BIC). They replied and said that they need my account number and sort code to send on the payment. I was told on two separate occasions the payment was already sent but that clearly was a lie. I was skeptical to send on any more of my personal details as I was really doubting the credibility of Kanliada and his team as they were dishonest about refunding me on several occasions but I decided to send on my account number and sortcode as they requested and to that they said they couldn’t find my account. NEXT they asked me for my actual long card number but for obvious reasons I did not feel comfortable sharing that incase I was robbed. At this point it was getting ridiculous, I knew I had been scammed. They said maybe I could use a friends account instead and see if that might work or come to the clinic and they would refund me in cash. I live in Ireland, I am not going to travel all the way to London to “possibly” get paid back my £100 (more in euros). So once again I tried ringing them, left several voicemails and emails and suggested they post me out a cheque to Ireland but now they are ignoring all my inquiries. I am really annoyed but also relieved that I didn’t proceed with the consultation by wasting my time with a con artist if that’s how he treats potential clients. I would certainly not recommend Deniz Kanliada as a surgeon. Does not appear the least bit trustworthy and I find it unfathomable to think he has a good reputation. If he keeps this up he won’t for long.
