Ordered a Gillet and the wrong item was sent. Messaged and was quick reply to organise collection for return and correct item to be sent. Wrong item collected next day and then well it's been a month and no correct product or refund. When I contact them all they say is we will look into it.
They have a week before I take this further via bank or the ombudsman
