Impressive organisation from start to finish. Everyone was so friendly and we enjoyed learning about the history and culture in the different regions. Lunch was delicious and I loved tasting my first Bosnian coffee in Europe’s oldest coffee house overlooking Mostar Bridge. An incredible day out. A definite must if you have time. Book the full day from Sarajevo to Mostar including many incredible stops along the way. Kravica waterfall is a must see!! Thank you all! We will hopefully be back one day.

It was an incredible day out. Communication with the company was great, and very professional… The sandwiches provided were so tasty. And then, we were blessed with the most amazing guide Gigi who went above and beyond to ensure we had the most amazing experience and time… So friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. Not only did we experience and get to see beautiful new places, we learnt so much about the places we visited, we heard many stories about the history of Bosnia & Herzegovina and many of his personal experiences which really added value and depth to our time.. It was a day well spent, and a day that will stay locked in the memory bank forever! Highly recommend this tour if you are in Sarajevo and wanting to explore beyond the city, and learn more about this beautiful country. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

_This is a review to highly commend the service we received from Dream Balkans, under some very challenging circumstances. I had initially approached them to enquire about airport transfers and day trips for a group booking that I was arranging to Sarajevo. From the early communication over Whatsapp they were extremely responsive and helpful. I decided to book with them and they remained in contact in the run up to our departure. Where they have exceeded all expectations is when our group encountered massive disruption with our Ryanair flights. Our flight was unable to land and was diverted to Dubrovnik where we remained on the tarmac for 4 hours. During that frustrating time I received frequent whatsapp messages, to assure us they were on hand to assist and offered various solutions depending on what the outcome of the flight disruption would be. They tracked our flight and even after a 6 hours delay and another failed attempt to land at Sarajevo, they were on their way to pick us up! In the end our flight turned back to the UK and our trip was abandoned, they messaged us the next day with very kind words and a sympathetic approach. To be honest, the team at Dream Balkans made an awful situation a bit more bearable. Although we did not make it to Sarajevo this time, we will try again and look forward to using their travel services then._

Mina and Adnan were awesome. Took really great care of us before, during and after the trip. Clean car in good condition, well timed, smoothly run. Adnan was a lovely guy, really knowledge and interesting, and a great driver. Locations were great and enough time at each. 100% recommended

I took the srebrenica day tour and was incredibly impressed! The communication with the organisers was really quick and smooth, I was never left questioning about the tour. The tour itself was really in depth, well organised and extremely educational - my tour guide knew a lot of information first hand and shared it in a way that was informative but also allowed us to ask questions. Would definitely suggest Dream Balkans Travel I'm looking forward to booking with them in the future!

Wow!!!

What can I say?

Unfortunately I was sick morning of the tour and messaged them 6am asking if I can reschedule and bear in mind it’s less than 24 hours they did not have too.

But Asim from the office said no problem even though it would of only been 3(now only 2 on the tour)

Not only that he offered and then then brought to my apartment medicines, fruits,soup and a a drink! Wow incredible what a legend!! Thank you again.

Now the tour 2 days later was actually only me, I said only me? Really yes really we don’t want to let you down what an incredible company!

The guide Mustafa took me to some wonderful places including obviously Mostar

He was very knowledgeable gave lot lot of great information and stories and stories and his life during war.

A super friendly man you will be very lucky to have him.

Very friendly guide, full of knowledge. Highly recommended.
