Mattress is great, it was packed up tightly so we were able to get it up the stairs into loft room easily. It expanded well & we were warned it would expand quickly when opened. It was interesting to see & we were pleased to have been warned! It was packed well & delivery was as detailed. My teenage son is really happy with his new bed.

Firstly - don't bother going through Top cashback to make your purchase. They won't honour it, so you may as well use any discount code they are offering instead. We didn't use the 5% discount code on the site as we knew it would get our top cashback claim rejected, but despite that, they still haven't honoured it despite it being the reason we went with Dreamcloud in the first place (rather than Origin who we were originally going with).
We got the luxury hybrid mattress.
The mattress is quite firm which works for me, but my husband would prefer a bit softer so just FYI for anyone not keen on firm.
The top layer has already started to bunch up/crease with where we've been laying after only a few weeks, so I wonder how it will fare longer term.
Overall, it's incredibly expensive for what you get and we won't be going with Dreamcloud again for our next mattress purchase in a few weeks.

The delivery was split into two as explained at the time of confirming the order. Everything went fine and everything has been delivered as expected. Good quality mattress.

I have it slept on the mattress because it is for my main spare bed, but initial reactions are very favourable. I’m still awaiting the new divan base so the set up isn’t complete yet. The mattress protector though seems expensive at the price.
Purchase and delivery process was very easy.
So far I am very pleased with the purchase.

Customer Service is appalling! They sent the wrong parts for the Ottoman Bedframe and I am still waiting for them to rectify 7 days later despite the fact that I told them I have nowhere appropriate to sleep - I am 75 years old and have scoliosis!! I cannot speak to anyone in authority as they only accep emails.

Wow what a incredible mattress.
Let me start by saying that we have been looking to replace our old mattress for some time so i decided to do some research online as to what would suit us best and came across the Dream Cloud website and I'm so glad I took the plunge.
This Mattress is unbelievably comfortable, it's a game changer for the both of us as we suffer from back issues due to Arthritis.
We have never used a hybrid mattress before so was a bit dubious at first but reading reviews we are so happy we took the chance.
As for quality of the product it is second to none, all I can say is that we have slept so well, it's a pleasure.
Lastly I like to say i have recommended it to family and friends...love it Dream Cloud.

From ordering to delivery everything ran smoothly. The delivery people were very professional and very helpful. The mattress was easily unwrapped and fit on our bed perfectly. It expanded from being vacuum sealed for delivery on our bed frame after about a couple of hours. It is without doubt the best, the most comfortable mattress we’ve ever had. Sleeping on it is a dreamy experience. The down side is we really don’t want to get out of bed in the morning. So very comfy cosy

Absolutely brilliant quality and warmth from a quilt so thin, I was a little nervous at first as my original quilt was around 4 times as thick but after pulling the new quilt over my body I was hit with an almost instant heat from it. Best quilt I have ever purchased!!! Well done Dreamcloud

I chose the bed based on reviews on Trustpilot and Which. It was delivered when requested . It does need constructing and this took a couple of hours by a handyman. Very happy with how it fits into my room and looks great. More importantly the mattress is very comfortable, feels soft sitting on it but firmer lying down. The only downside is the frame has begun to squeak when you move but I can cope with that. So far so good.

The mattress arrived very quickly and on the day promised. Interesting getting it upstairs! Left a couple of days out of the packaging to expand. First night on it I was getting used to the different feel of the mattress but since then it’s so comfortable! We’d had a pure memory foam one before and it was too bouncy, this is amazing. I also have menopause symptoms and on the other mattress had dreadful night sweats. Not on DreamCloud- it seems to regulate my temperature much better. This means less waking up, and more good sleep. I’m very happy with it so far. My only quibble is that I paid for a mattress protector which is just a cotton zipped cover which is very thin and I don’t think it will give any protection at all to be honest- waste of money. Other than that lovely mattress and very good delivery speed.

I have found the mattress very comfortable and well made. The delivery men were polite and efficient but I had to ask for help in placing and unpacking it which they did.

Wrong bed sent how do l contact you? Thus is completely the wrong bed and colour and material.

Everthing from ordering my mattress online and details of when delivery was available was an easy process.
When i had to change my delivery date i was abit anxious,but when i emailed DreamCloud Sleep to change the date i got a swift response and new date that suited with in minutes which left me feeling happy with the sevice and outcome.

Wow , this mattress is soooo comfy , best nights sleep in years, my wife is a poor sleeper but this mattress has gave her the best night's sleep ever , definitely recommend & we haven't shut up bout it yet , Thnku Dream Cloud. X
