Not only is the pillow sub par (very poorly constructed, cheap foam) the 100 night guarantee is a total sham. I've been trying for weeks to return the pillow for a refund. I've received one offer of... See more

A total scam

Disgraceful when people are desperate for relief from a chronic medical condition and they are scammed
Will report to watchdog.
I never received the pillow
I never received the pillow. I spent months going back and forth with support. The original tracking code they gave me for my order stated the shipment got stuck at customs and then lost. After 4 months of going around in circles with support they finally sent me a different tracking code that said it was delivered but it did not have an address and I never received it. They refused to refund me or send me a new pillow. Do not trust this seller.
Wish I’d read this before spending…
Wish I’d read this before spending money I don’t have. In desperate need of a supportive pillow and the product never turned up. Hate getting scammed but unfortunately seems I have.
Won’t give me full refund
I bought this pillow because of an instagram ad that said, “30-night guarantee.” I bought it because i thought i could use the pillow and return it within 30 days for a full refund if i didn’t like it. Sadly, this pillow did not relieve me of my neck pain but actually made it worse. So i requested to return it for a refund. Well, apparently, since i opened it and actually used it, they will only give me a partial refund. When i told the representative that i bought it based on the 30-night guarantee, the response i got was that was for my peace of mind. So, you gave me a false peace of mind only to then tell me that i made the mistake of opening and using the product and finding out that it’s crap and now won’t give me a full refund. What a scam.
Never received my pillow
Never received my pillow. Have reached out multiple times. The USPS shipping label says label was created but has never shipped. It’s been 2 weeks. Now no one from dreamers will email me back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. They sent me a damaged pillow (with holes and tears) in the foam- and the quality of the foam is not great. Then.. their customer service is the next level of awful and slow. I’ve been in back and forth contact with them for a month now trying to get a refund. It’s evident that they are painfully slow on purpose- hoping that you’ll forget or give up. This has been an awful experience!
Dreamers Pillow is a SCAM!!
Same exact thing as other reviewers. Never received my pillow and shows returned to sender. I contacted them regarding shipping to my address and nothing. They then said I could get a refund and that department will contact me...again nothing. ITS A SCAM...DO NOT BUY
Order from another vender
I ordered a pillow, and USPS did not deliver it to me, but instead sent it back to the company. The tracking number clearly states it was “returned to original sender,” yet Dreamers will not issue me a refund nor will they send me a pillow. The customer service is horrific.
Scam alert - Avoid Dreamers
Dreamers sells junk pillows and hides behind deceptive marketing. The quality was awful — stiff, uncomfortable, and nothing like their advertising claimed. They also claim a “100-day trial” but bury a 30-day return limit in the fine print — classic bait-and-switch. I returned my pillow in June (within their window) and have been chasing my refund for over two months, with no resolution. Poor quality, dishonest policies, and zero accountability. Spend your money elsewhere.
Scam - avoid
1. Product is a sham, low quality and ineffective.
2. Customer service is non-existent
3. Their return policy does not align with the misleading marketing
4. Unable to achieve the return, which was a primary reason for purchase
Very slippery return policy
According to Dreamersgb.com, they advertised a 30-night risk-free trial period on most of its products. This means if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 nights of receiving it, you can return it for a full refund. Well that's not what happened with me.
I have cervical stenosis and decided to try the product. The pillow was too soft and and did not provide the support I needed. So I reached out to Dreamersgb. Note to everyone, there is NO customer service phone number you can call; that's a warning sign I missed. (btw, warning sign #2, they don't have a physical address so you can't leave a Google review). Instead you have to email Dreamers and wait for their response, would could take as long as a week. Now to the real issue.
Dreamers asked me to provide a reason for the return/refund. I gave hem the reason. Here's the response I got.
1. We are unable to accept returns of opened products, as per our warehouse policy.
2. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
3. A $3.00 handling fee will be deducted per return to cover warehouse labor and processing.
All I can say is wow! So here's the warning, if you decide to try this product and you open the box, and try the pillow (remember the 30 day trial promise?) you can forget about a full refund, because as mentioned earlier they won't accept a return for an opened package. How's that for slippery advertising? They will offer you a 25% refund and you keep the product. They can have the product and their slippery return policy. My recommendation - don't buy this product.
Good luck getting a refund
Total. Scam.
I am on email number 49 trying to get my refund after returning two pillows that look nothing like the advertised pillows. The ones they send you are much flatter. They did everything they could to not give me a return authorization or address to return them. Offered a 25% refund. Then 30% refund. All I wanted was a credit after returning pillows. Around email number 25 I got a return authorization. Sent pillows with tracking. Now they have the pillows AND my money. For the past 3 weeks I've been emailing every 2 days or so and nothing. Then they send me to a "return portal" and when I try create my account it says my account already exists. When I try to reset the password with my email it says I'm not authorized to use the portal. This company is a total scam. If they screw you as well, file a chargeback and keep all communication with them. I have 49 emails of proof.
SCAM
I waited a long time to receive this pillow (most would have found it unacceptable). I then received a damaged pillow (a run in the material) that I was willing to accept if the pillow had helped my neck while sleeping. It didn’t.
This company will do anything not to refund your money. Only offers a percentage of what you paid, and you must pay return shipping. My mistake for ordering directly from this disreputable company.
Cocooning sleep upgrade
Combining the therapeutic weighted blanket with the dreamers pillow 1.0 has turned my nightly routine into something I genuinely look forward to. The subtle weight hugs my shoulders just enough to feel cocooned, and the pillow’s soft bounce supports my head without flattening. I drift off faster and wake up feeling more refreshed than I have in years. It’s the kind of upgrade I never knew I needed until I tried it. Plus, tossing both in the washer is worry-free.
Upper-back bliss for binge sessions
On weekends, I lean back against the relief pillow when catching up on sports highlights, and it’s remarkable how it cradles my upper back. The gentle slope reduces strain on my shoulders, so I can binge-watch for hours without fidgeting. The microfibre cover feels breathable and doesn’t trap heat. It also stays put thanks to the non-slip base. No more awkward propping with random couch cushions.
ordered from Dreamers Pillow Company…
ordered from Dreamers Pillow Company and they completely failed to deliver. The shipping carrier confirmed my package was lost, and Dreamers said they would reship it. They never did. After that, they stopped responding and never provided tracking, a replacement, or a refund, even though I followed up.
This company has wasted my time and money. Their customer service is polite at first but unreliable and dismissive once there is a problem.
I strongly suggest that anyone thinking of buying from them reconsider. Based on my experience, this company does not stand behind their promises and does not take care of their customers. Avoid them.
Perfect neck cradle for bedtime reading
I’ve been using the dreamers relief pillow with elevated thickness for the past week, and it cradles my neck perfectly when I’m reading in bed. The plush memory foam adjusts to my head’s shape without feeling too firm or too soft. I noticed less stiffness in the mornings, even after marathon study sessions. Plus, the removable bamboo cover feels silky against my skin and washes like a dream.
Helped fix my bedtime routine.
This helped me set up a real wind-down routine. I pair it with herbal tea and silence my phone, and within minutes I’m drifting off. I underestimated how much environment affects sleep. I finally feel rested again.
Walking doesn’t hurt as much.
I’ve had sciatica for years and this is one of the few things that actually eased the discomfort. It’s supportive in the right spots without feeling stiff. I’m moving easier during the day, which says a lot.
Totally proved me wrong.
At first, I thought it was another gimmick. But after two weeks, I’m falling asleep faster and waking up more refreshed. It's like a little self-care ritual I look forward to now. Sometimes, the small upgrades are the most life-changing. Absolutely love it!
