This Company has taken our money for wall panels and didn't deliver the goods I paid full for my panels, still waiting for our refund after numerous calls. £370 is still outstanding. This guy is a professional con man. I made my payment with Clear Pay; he has been making excuses that the refund failed. Clear Pay has confirmed no refund has been made. I will take this company to the next stage. Do not order anything from this company.

Ordered wall cladding and got them delivered within 3 days. Isa and his team were very helpful and kept me updated from the start to finish. The delivery team were very helpful and dropped off to the first floor for me. Would definently recommend.

A very disappointing experience — I would not recommend.

Unfortunately, this order turned into a complete waste of time. Thankfully, I had not paid for the product online before ordering.

The product was supposed to be delivered within a reasonable timeframe, yet almost two weeks later it still had not arrived, despite the company being only around 1.5 hours away. Throughout this time, the delivery date and time were repeatedly changed, with several promises that the product would be delivered.

Initially, the company owner told me that he would personally deliver the product. This was later changed, and I was instead offered a £10 discount. I could have collected the product myself, but I specifically requested fast delivery when placing the order and was assured that this would be arranged.

There was also no mention at the time of ordering that a fitter had supposedly been booked. I made it very clear during the phone conversation that I would be fitting the product myself, as I was off work for that period.

I would also like to make it clear that at no point was I abusive or rude. I have the complete WhatsApp conversation and am more than happy to provide it to anyone who wishes to see exactly what was said and agreed.

After being repeatedly given different delivery dates and explanations, I asked on several occasions for the order to be cancelled as I felt I was simply being messed around. Following my request to cancel, I was once again offered home delivery and a discount by the person contacting me. Despite this, the product still never arrived.

I was eventually told that the order had been cancelled by the company themselves and was simply told to have a nice day.

What I find particularly disappointing is that the company has subsequently made statements publicly about what happened that, from my perspective, do not accurately reflect the actual conversations or events. The WhatsApp messages provide a clear record of the entire situation, including the delivery promises, cancellation requests and subsequent offers.

I have nothing to hide and am more than happy to provide the full conversation to verify my account of events.

Based on my experience, I would not use this company again and cannot recommend their service.

We are very pleased with the wall cladding and the service. Delivery was made within 2-3 days of purchase.Isa kept in touch throughout the process, even a follow up phone call to see if we were happy with everything. We were also able to track the progress of delivery. So we have to say a 5 ***** experience.

A special thanks to Isa for all his help great service and product is good so I will definitely be using dream house furnishings again that’s for sure ohh and nearly forgot the important bit excellent price !!!

This is my second experience with dream house. I Ordered rattan garden set and got a really good deal. Received the order within 2 days. Delivery team even brought the boxes out to the garden for me. Customer service was excellent through out. Isa was very well mannered and went above and beyond Would recommend and definitely keep using again

We ordered some composite decking and some of the order arrived wrong. I received brown trims instead of grey, didn’t receive the clips I paid for to put it together and was promised they would sort it for me. I waited over 2 weeks with many messages and promises and eventually received them after a lot of frustration and chasing. We did initially get a good service(before we ordered and paid). This review has been amended as I did promise the supplier if he sorted my order, I would update the review so since it’s been rectified now I have changed it from two stars to 3 stars. I still feel that I wouldn’t order from them again in case the same issue happened. I would consider other suppliers to get a better service.
