Incredible service. Ordered a dress from Dreamitwearit and it shipped quickly, direct from China and arrived at my doorstep in USA 9 days later. The dress did not fit me perfectly, so they sent me a replacement for a bigger size, free of charge and informed me to keep my original dress. 10/10 service, and the quality of the clothing is exceptional

Excellent customer service. I purchased an item that I needed to return and I followed all of the instructions for return to Spain which included a customs form and payment of $31. However, the package was returned to me, undeliverable, several weeks later. When I emailed their customer service department, they got back to me apologizing for the problem with the return and offered to NOT ONLY REFUND MY MONEY BUT THEY ALSO INCLUDED AN EXTRA $50 TO MORE THAN COVER MY SHIPPING FEES! I couldn't have asked for more!

Such an amazing team. I ordered a dress in size XL and had to exchange it for a size L. They were very quick in responding to my return request. Very very satisfied with how they handled the case.

UPDATE: Dream it, Wear it! has fully refunded my order and refunded my shipping charges. The customer service rep that made this happen was very helpful and friendly!

My order took about 10 days to arrive, twice as long as orders from others sites. The order was in good condition but the quality was less than I required and it was a little too short for me so I returned it. Unlike most other companies the return process was not user-friendly. You are required to email the company within 48 hours of receipt to request instructions for return. The item had to be returned to Spain...this explained why it took so much longer to get to me in the US. Of course the cost to mail the flimsy dress to Spain was over $30 (cheapest option) which was also quite frustrating. I haven't received my refund yet but that's likely because it has to be shipped over seas.

I would not recommend ordering from this company unless you are prepared to pay $30+ to return items that you don't want.

I recently purchased a dress that unfortunately was a little too small and the exchange process was unbelievably smooth. Not only did the customer service team quickly send out a new dress in the correct size, but they also told me to keep the original dress to save me the hassle and cost of return shipping. I've never had a shop do something so generous before. I will definitely be a loyal shopper from now on.

I was a little nervous since it was my first time ordering, but the dress I received is absolutely beautiful and the quality is even better than I expected. Love the quality of clothing! I’m big when it comes to quality of clothing and I can honestly say dream it wear it is one of the best. I purchased 2 dresses and at first was hesitant about the material but the dresses were super comfortable and they looked beautiful! You very much get what you pay for and I think their stuff is worth every penny. The fit of their clothing is to die for. It hugs your body in all the right places.
Their customer service is great. My order was accidentally delivered next door and they contacted FedEx and a representative came by to check on everything. They are so wonderful and I will continue to order clothing from there!

I don’t normally write reviews but I think they deserve one.
I always find the most perfect dresses for any occasion. For the past 3 years I have been able to effortlessly slay in their clothes for my birthday! Their dresses hug all the right curves. The quality of the material is like no other and always fits like it was made for me. It is delivered in a black box with a lovely bow and it feels like Christmas every time. The dresses look exactly like they do on the model so you know what your getting. I highly recommend this brand to anyone, you will not regret it.

I was searching for cute dresses and came across this website through Pinterest. I didn't even know this gem of an online shop existed but I am so happy I ordered from them, the dresses are gorgeous! When I contacted customer service with a question, they got back to me very quickly and made sure my package arrived before I was to leave for vacation. I'm a little baffled at some of the experiences a couple of other shoppers had- I can't say enough good things about both, the quality of the dresses and the customer service team.Great quality clothes and fast shipping. I had to exchange one of the dresses because it didn't fit and the sent me a bigger size at no charge. Wow. Honestly the best company I've ever bought clothes from. I have been shopping at dreamitwearit for a couple of years now and have pretty much always been happy with the products and quality of clothing.
. They give an amazing selection of dresses which had been perfect for me lately as so many of my friends have been getting married. Whenever I’ve contacted their customer service, they’ve been ver helpful even getting me the measurements of specific items.

I have ordered from this website a few times and it is always a great experience. Love every purchase I’ve made, true to size and picture. On my most recent order, I had an issue with a dress I ordered and Paula from customer service was awesome! I can honestly say that I was given a GREAT guest experience while dealing with a shipment that was sent back because it was delivered when I was not home. Paula was the one that specifically helped me track it down and make sure that I got it back in time for a special occasion. My emails were responded to quickly and she informed me of everything I needed to know in such a professional manor. She’s needs a pay rise or a promotion lol!
