DO NOT order from these people…. Ordered Christmas present for my son, two sets! Nothing! Never arrived, generic responses, ignore requests for a refund. They got me for over $145!!!!!!! Ridiculous!!!! Ordered through app- SHOP- they were no help in getting this rectified either!

Same as everyone else I ordered these in early December, several emails claiming my order was in process and still nothing. I was scammed out of $100.

Total scam. I spent $100 on these lights. I emailed them numerous times asking if I was going to get the order before Christmas and they just kept sending me the same generic email back saying they were working on orders as fast as they could and my order specifically was 'forwarded to their shipping department ' yet the status of the order remained the same, being processed. Christmas passed and I still didn't get the lights so I started asking for a refund and all the sudden my emails are being returned saying they can't find that address anymore. The order was never even fulfilled or shipped so there's no tracking number, no other way to get in touch with these people, just nothing. They sure did take my money though.

Company is a scam. Waited OVER 2 months and received no update, tracking number, or email indicating the package shipped. Contacted them on multiple occasions and never received a response. DO NOT order from DreamLightsinc they scammed me of $88 and will scam you too.

They got nearly $80 out of me. I'm usually so careful about scams but they were really good at seeming totally legitimate. The website doesn't even exist anymore. I have a very disappointed little girl.

SCAMMERS! Save yourself some heartache and $$! I am a widow on a fixed income. All my grandkid wanted for Christmas, was this LED lighting for his bedroom. I ordered in early December 2021. As of today, nothing. They have not returned my inquiries, emails and pleading. Now what?

This is plain and simple a scam said my items would be shipped between 5-10 business days it's been over a month I haven't received a tracking number or anything tried to email them and it says the email does not exis I spent over 70 dollars.

SCAM! Ordered over a month ago and it said they would ship out in 7 to 10 business days still haven’t seen them. Sent an email with a response that this is such a busy season so their running behind with orders. No phone number only emails! Wish I would have read the reviews before buying something I was never going to get! Lesson learned! Do not buy!!

Ordered and paid for lights November 2021 and almost 2 months later still haven’t received them and now no one will respond to email.

Ordered my lights back in February 2021 got them 2-3 months later. Now (November 2021) my lights do not work. Tried emailing but get a email back saying that email isn’t real. Spent over $50 for lights that only lasted a few months

Can’t post an actual review on site. No phone number, can only contact by email with an automated message that it’s “shipped out”. Waited a month with multiple emails asking for refund. No tracking number, no refund given. It’s a scam.

This tihs is a scam point blank period. They charge u for lights that they are not going to send. THIS IS A SCAM DONOT SEND YOUR MONEY. THIS IS A SCAM DONOT SEND YOUR MONEY!!!

No communication about the status. My account has been charged. I have sent 3 emails, no response. The web site says ships within 2 business days- says it responds to email in 48 hours. Still nothing from the seller about my order.
