I am telling everybody to stay clear,Fake Company,come on dont you look at your reviews,i recieved Rattan furniture and table glass smashed in box,very poor communication from emails,fake company they dont answer when you Ring they say wait time is 8mins then at the end of call they say no agents available,they said in an email last week already shipped table,takes 3-5 working days,so well already over that time scale so another few emails sent and guess what we are having trouble now with courier so be 20 days,you was quick enough picking the broken table up,well i wont rest till you are closed down,first trading standards then martin lewis Advice who else local newspaper!!!!

Brought a nine seat rattan sofa set in July 2018 through a wowcher deal. Everything good last year. Very pleased with set Until yesterday.
We took the cover off the table and all the rattan has split. It has been covered with Dreams outdoor covers all winter and pushed To the wall so out of the elements. The table looks a mess and when I contacted Dreams outdoors all they said is the guarantee was 12 months so there was nothing they were willing to do.
Such a disappointment!
What do I do now with a very scruffy table.
Sofas and chairs good so far but set spoilt.
Not recommended as life expectation too short.
Only wish I could post a photo as a warning

I ordered a set of outdoor furniture from Dreams Living through Wowcher. When the items were delivered there was one part of the settee missing and they had delivered an extra stool in the wrong colour. I rang customer services who arranged to pick up the wrong item and deliver the correct item. The wrong item was picked up the very next day and 2 days later I received the correct item. I was extremely pleased with the customer service and the furniture. Ignore the negative comments.

Disappointed with my furniture from Dreams outdoors. I paid £499 and it lasted 2 years - now the rattan has all split and it is unsightly. Shall have to bin and buy from a more reputable supplier.

Only delivered half a sofa.
There customer service communication skills are shocking.

I have rang and emailed and heard NOTHING back.

‘Keo’ is supposedly the customer service advisor who needs training in this area.

I cant recommend avoiding this shambles of a company enough!

We had been looking for some patio furniture for ages, finally took the plunge and ordered via Living Social. Then read the reviews and was worried.
Thing is we ordered the furniture last Sunday and it arrived the following Thursday, 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Everything was there as expected. The furniture took me about 1 1/2 hours to build which was fine. A tip though, don’t do everything up tight until all screws are located and then it will be much easier.
So no horror stories here, with communication or late delivery, or having to drill extra holes (just common sense required) so for the price we paid we’re pretty happy.

After reading the reviews I was so worried but every email I sent they responded promptly. It was delivered 9 days after ordering, before the due date! Was hard work building but worth it! Lovely furniture! Only downfall was I thought the small pillows were included but they wasn’t. Other than that really happy!

There is no words that can describe this company stay well clear

This company sells rattan furniture through WOWCHER, do not use if you want your goods, and also advise not to use wowcher just as bad. customer service is non existent and still havent received my goods after 6 weeks.

Shocking, no professionalism! Order came late and the emails we've had from them are a joke! Not going to waste too much time reviewing just want to advise everyone to avoid at all costs even with Wowcher Vouchers

Terrible company, do not buy from them they take your money and don’t deliver and as for customer service it’s nonexistent, they hardly ever answer the phone and when they do the agent has no information and they don’t even bother to reply to email.

Bought a Rattan Outdoor Set through Wowcher in March. 10 weeks later no reply from DreamsOutdoor and Wowcher are set to refund. Awful service, Avoid.

Bought through wowcher on 2nd March 2019, they said a lot of the sofas are in stock. Keep calling, mailing and still no delivery. Excuses about their warehouse burning down, then items being delivered damaged and then waiting for new stock to come in. 3 months wait and no delivery. AVOID!

How can you tell me that you have no stock of this item and then you are still selling it on Wowcher...

There is no customer service with a clue with what they are doing. You still have my money. Unacceptable.

Wowcher need to get rid of these people of there website. Its giving them a bad name.

DISGUSTING COMPANY... !!!! Sent out our BBQ with no nuts or bolts ... then refused to help or reimburse us when we had to cancel our event due to no BBQ ! Manager was a joke and very rude.
they ignored our phone calls and lied to us about sorting deliverly.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Took my money and never delivered. Don't buy from them ever, ever, ever.

scam company importing rubbish from China,worse quality and cheap looking furniture,shouldn't cost half the money even if the doors are closing,regret buying this rubbish,no customer service at all,no reputation to protect,nothing to loose,avoid
