Do not use this site I didn't get the sign up bonus has been well over a week and haven't heard anything back and live chat said its still be reviewed.

Deposited £120 in 6 £20 deposits and on the last deposit they locked me out of account I contacted them through live chat and that seemed dodgy , trying to get back on it to at least get my last deposit back through a withdrawal but got to wait for emails back and forth

I won €80 from MY cash I deposited and they would not let me withdraw as they said I need to use the cash balance first. SCAMMERS. I went on the site and played 2 games. Took many screenshots of the play. I am a casual user. In 49 minutes I had lost £502, the game play was awful, 5 of a kind are few and far between and 1 bonus came in providing the paltry sum of £10.20. I deposited again only for a pop up to say a loss limit of 500 had been placed on my account. They do not follow regulations and they’ll do absolutely everything and anything to not pay out. They do not warn you if your wagering bet is over £5 it breaches promotion terms and conditions. They accept the bet, and let you breach the terms and conditions then defraud you of any winnings. They’re dishonest, customer “care” is useless- and they’re well aware they are usuing underhanded tactics to ensure you’ll inadvertently breach clause 12. Still accept the bets above £5 with no warning messages. Absolute disgrace- they need auditing!
