Lack of follow-up. I had to call out three times because the heat pump was malfunctioning. Electricians attended, as did the installer. I was advised that I would have internet access via an APP. Still no login details

Make an appointment to make the installation.I took 2 days off from work.They say someone will come to make the inspection before the installation.Nobody comes and they cancel one day before because the parts are not here.Really not serious.We have talked in phone and every time they said that everything will be fine
Did not install solution agreed apon, vattenskador with installation and denied responsibility, left without heating and hot water on a friday for the entire weekend in the middle of winter (-15), did not commission system after installation. Didn't get advertised discount for 1year panisonic support and free service. The list goes on. Generally a terrible experience.
Sales representative Daniel Tärning was super helpful in my decision making and very patient with me and gave good answers to all my questions and concerns. I dealt with Samuel Stanley planning the installation and it was very professional service, they planned it very well and made sure I wasn't without water for an extended amount of time which I was very grateful for as my children where sick. The guys who installed the pumpand new water tank I cant praise more. (Milton, Danny and edvin I think they were called) kept me up to date , where very knowledgeable and produced some very neat work in my pannrum. They worked late and made sure I had warm water for my children before the end of the day and tidied up after themselves. I'm more than happy to recommend drem to anybody I know.
