I contacted Dr Pooley after I was advised to have an ECG and blood tests, neither of which were available by the NHS in the timescale required. On both occasions I was seen promptly. My ECG was carried out by Dr Pooley and the results and report were given to me there and then. My blood test results were back the next day with a comprehensive report.
Dr Pooley was very thorough and did not rush me. I wouldn’t hesitate in seeing her again should the need arise.

I have had a few consultations with Dr Emma on various occasions during the past few years and I have always found them to be informative and pleasurable. I would have no hesitation in recommending her services to my friends and family.

I had a health concern that needed prompt attention, and after a week of trying unsuccessfully ( and frustratingly) to see my NHS doctor, I contacted Dr. Emma Pooley. Remarkably, I had an appointment within two days. Emma is incredibly professional and her caring nature immediately puts you at ease. It is refreshing to speak with a doctor who fully understands and listens to you without rushing the consultation. She takes the time to thoroughly explain everything, ensuring that all your questions are answered and that you leave feeling reassured. For any medical concerns, I always see Emma. Her dedication and compassion make her an exceptional doctor, and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of quality medical care.

I recently had a full health screen. Dr Pooley was amazing, she was everything you want in a GP - approachable, a good listener, kind, caring and very thorough. I have already recommended Dr Pooley to family and friends, which I would only do when completely happy with the care received.

One phone consultation, three face to face appointments over a six months period no diagnosis from the N.H.S.

Dr Emma within five minutes of seeing her gave me the diagnosis and arranged for me to visit the specialist at the Park Hospital.

Dr Pooley has a kind manner which made me feel comfortable and listened to and that I was in ‘safe hands’. She gave me plenty of time to discuss my symptoms and I was pleased that follow up tests were arranged quickly. This was important to me as it gave me a clear ‘plan of action’. My dad was on holiday in the UK and he had medical problems, he doesn't speak English. Dr Emma Pooley was very empathetic and patient with him and made sure that my dad received proper treatment.

This was my first appointment and it was nice not to be rushed as the appointments are 30 minutes. Emma advised that I could get my medication over the counter and told me exactly what I needed which saved costs. It was easy to make an appointment and there was lots of availability.

I saw Dr Pooley needing a medical examination for a job overseas. She was friendly, took time to understand my needs and offered the follow up services that were appropriate.

A further blood test was required and Dr Pooley saw me within a day and the results were available the following day.

I’d recommend Dr Pooley to anyone wanting a swift, private GP service. Her prices are very reasonable for the services

I booked an appointment with Doctor Pooley costing £150 I was in her surgery for 1 hour she did various tests and suggested I had an ultrasound at a hospital. I then looked at my bank account she had taken £686 I assumed this included the cost of the ultrasound but I then got an invoice from the hospital for £389.I will let you form your own judgement
