Delivery kept getting lost and the delivery company use an automated system that took ages work out. Delivery took 5 days longer that expected and ended up paying the plumber twice as I’d booked him in advance. Very disappointed

Brought waterproof strip to put on bottom of my shower cubilcle doors. Works well and water doesn't seep out making whole of bathroom floor wet. Very effective,very pleased with my purchase.

Nightmare
The delivery has yet to be made and this is the third abortive attempt.
As the property is empty, I’ve had to pay several hundred pounds to have people present to carry the products in which haven’t as yet turned up or turned up at completely the wrong time.
I was told the bathroom would be here before midday today but was not told that only one item out of an order of 15 items was to be delivered!!!! this is proved to be a total nightmare
Despite numerous calls to drench I’m yet to have a reply. The Customer Service in a relation to the delivery has been awful.

Unable to resolve a damaged item, ordered a counter top sink which has been sent out 3 times damaged. Cracked through the middle each time. Waited in 3 days for each delivery to have no compensation.
