I was given a date for delivery and a 3 hour time slot of 1600 to 1900, 1915 a text came through saying they could not deliver due to a family emergency of the delivery driver and reassigned delivery a further two days later. As I write, I am yet to take delivery of my order on the new date. Really poor delivery service.

Items were good but delivery was slow
Items were good but delivery was slow. Item was not despatched until about a week after the order then the courier, Evri, did not deliver on the day they stated, a Friday, and it was only delivered the following Wednesday after raising a complaint with Evri. In total, order to delivery was 15 days, which delayed installation.

Arrived as advised. Was replacement for existing soap dispenser whose bracket had become corroded. Hardest part was removing old bracket as internal fitting was very corroded. Now looks great.

V expensive to return items.
Made an error by ordering a mirror that was too big. Told £50 to return it, then would have to pay another delivery charge for a replacement. Got a replacement cheaper elsewhere (with free delivery) and sold mirror privately. Doubt I will use Drench again.

Very responsive and informed tech support team, who clarified some dimension-related queries prior to placement of order (top-hinge toilet seat)
Product installed simply as per instructions (took less than 10 minutes).
Product quality is reassuringly high and self-close mechanism is operating perfectly. Delivery charge a little high but it did reach Northern Ireland in two working days.
