Nice heater. Going to get 2 more.

I am so very pleased with the multiple products I have from Dreo. The heaters are freaking awesome. I am also so very pleased with the prompt customer service. Dreo really gave me an great experience overall with their outstanding services. They kick butt!!!

I contacted Dreo about a tower fan than was under warranty. I quickly got a reply. I complied with the proof that they requested. I promptly was shipped a replacement unit.

The fan is decent. It's very confusing though when you order something with one model number and you get something that is labeled completely different when it arrives. They had me thinking there was a mix-up at the shipping warehouse when I ordered a "Smart Tower Fan 519S" and what showed up was a "Cruiser Pro T2S (2nd Gen)" - Apparently they're the same fan, but with 2 different names/sku......??? Why complicate it like that??? Their support team was great, and efficient, with me. Quite quick in email responses, and answered my questions directly.

I like the fan. I like the remote. I like the style. I like the deals, even though it took a few times and a while of waiting to get them to work properly... Don't really like feeling like I've been misled by the packaging - If you say I'm getting a thing called XYZ then I should be getting a thing called XYZ, not QBC. Clean it up!

I really appreciate how the humidifier works. And how efficient it is. I love the way it works with my WiFi and Alexa.

Shipping was excellent. Product is well made and , very good installation instructions.

The remotecontrol that I needed was out of stock. The woman that I spoke to on the phone told me that she would call me when they were available. She actually did call. I was so surprised and so grateful that is great customer service!

Heater came in a fair amount of time. Packaged well. Very easy to install. Even came with a bubble level to help make it perfectly mounted on the wall. Heater works good. Very fair price for what it does. Highly recommend

The product is really good. Working more than expected. Not only it humidifies the air but also create a great ambience. Loved it.

The heater works fine, but the provided drywall anchors are useless. Do not try to use them, you are just going to have to buy some yourself.

I received the heater in a small amount of time after ordering, so far I am pleased with the product.

Having two Dreo Tower Fan's saves on my energy bill every month. It's the best investment I have ever made for my home. I encourage anyone who is absolutely instrested in saving money during the summer/winter time take a look at what Dreo has to offer. The ordering process was good. Easy, quick and delivered as scheduled. Am very happy with the two products that I have received. A smart fan for summer and now a whole room heater for winter. Both are definitely the best fan and space heater I’ve ever used. And I have used a lot of each. I will most definitely look at using more of Dreo products.
