One star is too much! Do not order from this company!!

I ordered two sweaters from this company - which also goes by the name of Corrodo. It took over a month to receive my order. I contacted the company continually to get shipping updates. They finally gave me a tracking number that arrived two days before the package did.

The sweaters did not look anything like the ads. What I thought were going to be beautiful, cozy, wool sweaters turned out to be very cheap acrylic knit sweaters. The colors were hideous compared to the advertised items. Very cheap materials and construction.

When I asked for a full refund they offered me a $7 refund. Dissatisfied with that they came back with a $21 offer. When I reiterated that I wanted a full refund they said I would have to return the items to Dubai. That would cost me $30 as they were unwilling to pay for the shipping.

I have reported the company to the Better Business Bureau and Facebook ads dept. I am in dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.

This company is a sham and should no longer be allowed to operate. Or if they continue to be in business they should honestly portray their clothing with actual photos of the items they are shipping out of China. So disappointing!

Avoid this company it also trades under Verrojo_Fashion.
if you want to try the clothes for size first, forget it as they don’t except returns on clothes that don’t fit!
Very poor quality nothing like described on their website! Shocking customer service 😡 I’m now stuck with two lots of loungewear that doesn’t fit £70 quid out of pocket thanks!

Scam, cheap fall apart sweaters that are not true to size. Save your money, as they will not refund your money easily and it costs a fortune to send back over seas. Company reports it ships from California which is technically true as the port from China is there.

Paypal doesn’t protect you and i can’t figure out how to reach the company to get a status! Shortly after i ordered, never saw adds again in my feed. I don’t mind making charitable donations but i only do so when i know to whom i am giving away my money! wish i had read the reviews before ordering. Don’t fall into this criminal trap!

Stay away!!! Horrible clothes ugly with holes and they refuse returns and then offer partial refund. PayPal won’t stand by they make you send back to China and only offer $30 credit for shipping! Original purchase was $86 return shipping will cost me $150! Stay away!!!!!

Don’t waste your money. After making a payment through PayPal, it became the only proof that I ever spent money on this company. Since making this purchase over a month ago, I never received a receipt for the transaction from them or any notice of shipment. When I sent an email to the only email I could find (from the PayPal transaction itself), I received an email that said “Sorry, this is auto reply. There is no customer service here. Please contact the customer service of the website, you can find the customer service email on the website. Also, when you place the order, you will receive an order confirm email, you can reply that email [sic]”. All untrue - can’t find the website, and never received an email from them. Waiting for PayPal to help me get a refund. Based on all these negative reviews, they should be banned from doing business with PayPal or other payment facilitation companies. Disgusting.

Very bad company!!!
I have purchased 3 items, I received just 2, they refunded me less money for the one I haven’t received.
The other 2 are bad quality and also don’t fit and they refused to give refund or exchange. Stay away from this horrible company!!!

Their website offers returns but they don't return and they don't refund. Gave me a return address in Dubai and expected me to pay the postage to return their junk...

SCAM. STAY AWAY from this company. Waited forever for product. Materials used in shirts are horrible! Cheap, disgusting, ill-fitting. They refused to refund my $ after having me jump through hoops to explain and TAKE PICTURES of the items bought showing how ill-fitting they were.

Stay away from this scam. I will be contacting PayPal. Have not received order for 7 Weeks now. Wont return emails. Learned my lesson stay away . Only shop canadian.

Do not buy from this company products are bad and they won’t give returns

It' been over 2 months and haven't received my order. Paid $254.92. Trying to get my money back but doesn't look promising.

Impossible to return a shirt. Ordered a medium that fit me like an extra large... sent numerous emails and they WOULD NOT provide any return instructions/address. Just kept apologizing that I wasn't satisfied.

Total Scammers! Ended up donating it... doubt anybody would want it.

I ordered three items from this company under the name of Feraday. They sent me items that bear no resemblance to the items in the photos. They did not fit either. When I asked if I could return the items they kept saying there was nothing wrong with the items and to allow for difference in materials. I am still trying to get a refund which does not look hopeful. I went through PayPal who have not been helpful at all. Do not use this company! They advertise clothing that is nothing like what you receive and the material is also cheap and shoddy.

I was extremely happy with the dresses I ordered for my daughter and niece to be bridesmaid at their grandparents renewal of vows ceremony. The dresses were both a perfect fit and the quality was amazing. I had been wary of buying from a website I'd never heard of, but we were limited with where we could buy full length dresses at a good price. I would definitely use the company again if I needed this kind of dress and I would definitely recommend to a friend. The girls looked amazing.
