My shipment came a bit late due to Hurricane Dorian. When it finally arrived I was pleased. You get what you pay for and with my budget and buying for the kids; I am quite pleased. A few of my pieces were 99cents and 1.99. They even throw in free gifts. I purchased a sweatsuit for 2.99 and it is soooo thick I was like aayyyeee!!!! THe only thing that I suggest is mixing and matching sizes. My bottoms fit well but I needed different sized tops. For the priced I am pleased. Every time that I emailed them they got back to me within 24 hours. I was a little nervous with the delay but I recieved everything today!!

Absolutely do not buy from this website they have no number to contact an actual human.i paid for my items 6 days ago still no tracking number I contacted them yesterday threw email asking for a refund after reading all the negative reviews only to get a respond of it takes 1 to 3 days to get a tracking number okay well it's been 6 days an still nothing this is forsure a scan an cert much not satisfied will never order from here again

People.....BEWARE of this scam business! They promise 100% customer satisfaction and FREE RETURNS. THIS IS NOT TRUE. You will NOT get a refund if you are dissatisfied, and they will ask you to return the items to Hong Kong AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE. Their clothing is cheap using substandard materials. I am asking you to read all their NEGATIVE REVIEWS before spending your money on a business that will rob you. BUYER BEWARE. YOU WILL BE CHEATED. Please don't line their pockets with your own money. You will lose.

I was nervous ordering from this company because the prices were so low. I bought dresses a size or 2 larger than what I usually wear, and they were still too small. I expected the material to be thin and it was very thin polyester. It was so thin that you could see every bit of my underwear through the fabric as well as skin discolorations.

A friend recommended this site, but I should know to never take advice from really skinny people who can wear just about anything. I have learned my lesson and will never purchase from them again - no matter how tempting their prices may be.

It took close to a month before my boots arrived. First off they are not true to size and after one wear the heel is coming unglued. I would not recommend this company to anyone. When I emailed asking for a refund and to return the boots I was told it would have to be at my own expense. Now mind you it will need to go to Hong Kong. At the rate it took to ship the item, I could mail the boots back and spend weeks waiting for a refund. Steer clear of this company. I wish I had!

I just received my order that I placed 10 days ago, and after reading the reviews I was really worried so I was extremely happy when my purchases arrived and were exactly as shown on the web site, I had ordered the wring size but contacted customer services and the changed the sizes for me, will definitely be buying more and already recommended to family members

I have ordered so far 3! Dresses from here. Yes its thin material, but you PAY FOR WHAT U GET U CANT EXPECT TO PAY $10 and it be some fabulous material! Duh so u have to know ur risking the possibility of having a product from Hong Kong that's y its affordable which is the best part if you are un satisfied least u didn't spend $80 or more on a dress ! And then have ordered 2 MORE off shoulder dress with slit and one romper dress that was complemented everywhere I went ..yes the material is thin but not Always, if so then u can work with it! I'm 5'4 curvy and I always order XL which is like a lg in US I have yet to be disappointed its stretchy fits right I'm actually going to rock a sparkling silver off shoulder dress with slit for my bros wedding! With red heels dont have high expectations when ordering then when they get here u end up actually surprised and happy for what it's worth.

They suck! DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!! RETURNS ARE 100% AT YOUR EXPENSE AND THEY DON’T CARE. THE QUALITY OF CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR IS TERRIBLE. THE SIZING EXTREMELY OFF. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. DON’T DO IT EVER!!!!!!

I ordered only a couple of items from this scam of a company. After ordering, they emailed to demand more shipping because I live in the Emirates. Do not order anything from them. Any company that has more than double the number of complaints as good ratings is in serious trouble. But, hey! They'll change their name and keep going. They advertise on Google. Maybe they should be told what sort of company they are putting out.

They won't even give me an address to return the poorly made clothing I bought!

I received my shoes in 1 week and they are perfect. They look just like the pic and fit nicely. Ill be buying more items real soon.

Your order could be out of stock and you wouldn't even know. I wish I had looked up reviews before making my purchases 2 weeks ago. I swear that the items I received were not what was in the picture. They just seemed "off" from the picture. As well, not my entire order arrived. There was a paid of shoes I really liked and the just never arrived. 2 weeks later I contact customer service and they are like "sorry, that shoe is out of stock". Well thanks for letting me know. I feel like they run this scam hoping people won't notice. There's a million other fast fashion places, don't waste your time here. It's not even worth the cheap price.

Quality is worse than Wish.com. Terrible quality falling apart.
Despite saying they accept returns they do not.
When you go to paypal is the only way they will send you a return address which is in china and will cost a minimum of $50 to return.
Don't waste your money.

I ordered three items, all the same size - medium.
I am actually small size but understand the sizing was likely to be smaller. Unfortunately the two dresses were way too small and the top too big.
Also, the quality is very poor.
I emailed if I could return and receive a reply from Lucia saying, yes, but I had to return to their Hong Kong warehouse at my cost. They did not provide the Hong Kong address and its not on their website.
I emailed again asking for the address but two weeks later I am still waiting for a reply.
If you check their website, each item has a 'Write a Review" but its been turned off. Then if you go to the Feedback page, it only has good reviews. They are obviously selecting which reviews to show.
I do not believe this is a very reputable company so, be very sure before buying from them..

Dont like any item, all polyester and quality is terrible

Awful. I ordered a bathing suit from Dresshead and it was shown as black in the picture but then came as a navy blue color. The sewing job on the bathing suit is terrible and just a crappy material. Shipping took forever as well. Wasn’t worth the buy at all and I do not recommend. Was extremely tight too. Save your money!

I ordered 4 items from dresshead, my shorts were perfect! The other 3 items i wanted to return.

$18.99 + $11.97 (shipping) = $30.94
Lucia offered me to keep all the items and she will refund $8.00?????
no to refunding shipping, and no to refunding $18.99 total for 3 items that will do me no justice. She wouldnt even give me the return address after i asked 3 times before the offer.
and now that she wont give me a full refund she tells me to pay shipping to return it and still no information about the return address 🤯

They will never let you return your items -- It is a scam do not buy anything from them

Warning! Warning! This is a scam.very bad very bad.. i received wrong and cheap dress for trash .they say that accept returns. It is false. They dont have any phone number either . they don't unless you pay an extravagant sum for postage to Hong Kong. Do not buy!
