Order number 69079758. Waiting for my package more than 35days and no update for getting it anytime soon, it’s a shame , poor communication , just saying once my package is delayed with no clear reason , learned my lesson with this company.

I was looking for a particular item that was hard to find and for a reasonable price. Dress In had both. The order process was very easy , no hidden costs at checkout either. I was kept in touch of my parcels progress and it was delivered quickly , safe and well packaged. I had no issues and would happily use and recommend Dress In to anyone.

I was very tentative to use Dressinn as it was overseas but the reviews were favourable and so I was pleasantly surprised. I was kept informed and although it probably took a couple more days than in UK my parcel arrived safely. Very satisfied.

I’ve received an incorrect item and the only way to request a return is via the app.
I’ve tried several times a day and as soon as I hit the return request button it crashes and I can’t go any further.
So now I’m stuck with something I didn’t order with no way to get my money back!

They will not respond to my emails
They will not respond to my emails. I put a review in here, they replied and were going to investigate and nothing. Parcel hasn’t been delivered. Tradeinn/Dressinn say it has and contact Royal Mail. Royal Mail say they have to make the claim and they will pay out. I am the customer and out of pocket. Even emailed the CEO and guess what no response. So rude!! Do not use them

Dodgy and terrible service
Terrible service. The shoes didn't fit and I was happy to return them but I had to pay £12 because the warehouse is in Spain. Customer service avoided the question when I asked why the postage was so high and only told me after a few rounds of emails like they were hiding the fact. There's nothing on the website that tells you this in advance and in fact it even sounds like you might have free returns in the UK because the wording is so ambiguous (I wonder why?)
Finally to return the items you have to download a stupid app that clogs up your phone.
Hate this shop will never buy from them again so much effort. That goes for any of the other shops they run. Oh that's another thing - I bought the shoes from TradeINN but was sent them by DressINN. Dodgy.

I pressed order/pay just once but was charged twice and two orders went through. I emailed immediately and asked to cancel the second order. They said they can’t cancel as it was already being processed (but could 100% have cancelled if they wanted to). Two products arrived together (yet I was charged for postage twice) and I went to submit a return but am deciding what to do as they want around £12 for it. In their returns options there is an option for duplicate order so I feel it’s a deliberate scam from the website in order to make more money.
