Awful service
Awful service – item never arrived. Order #64545951
I ordered an item from Dressinn on 06/12 as a Christmas present for my dad.
Timeline of events:
• 06/12 – Order placed
• 18/12 – Received notification that the item had been dispatched
• 07/01 – Opened a case through my Dressinn/Tradeinn account after the order failed to arrive and Royal Mail tracking showed it as undelivered
• 15/01 – After receiving no response, I contacted customer support directly by email. I was told this was Royal Mail’s issue and was asked to complete a declaration of non-receipt form, which I completed and returned immediately
• 19/02 – After more radio silence, I contacted customer service again and was told I would receive an update soon
• 27/04 – I reached out yet again and explained I would have to leave a negative review due to the lack of communication and resolution
• 27/04 – I then received an automated message with a new tracking number stating the item had been dispatched and would arrive soon
• 14/05 – Nearly a month later, the tracking still shows the item has not actually been dispatched
At this point, over 5 months after ordering, I still have neither the item nor a refund.
The most frustrating part has been the complete lack of communication and the repeated delays with no meaningful resolution. I understand courier issues can happen, but customers should not have to spend months chasing updates for an order that never arrived.
I would simply like either:
1. A full refund, or
2. The item actually dispatched and delivered.
Very disappointing experience.

A bit slow but all good
A bit slow with the return process, but apart from that everything was fine. I received the package after a few days.
One annoying thing was that there was some confusion about how long my package would stay at the parcel shop. First, they told me to pick it up before Friday, but then they sent me another email saying I had to pick up the package today or tomorrow.

Their ETAs are not accurate
Their ETAs are not accurate in the slightlest. If you are shopping out of needing something, don't do it in this website, otherwise I guess you'll be fine.
I ordered from this website because I needed some sandals for my holidays. I ordered on a Sunday evening with ETAs between Tuesday and Thursday. The product arrived on a Saturday evening when I had already left for my vacation.
Their customer service confirmed their ETAs are usually not right and if anything it will take longer. I know ETAs are for estimated times but if you give a range, then perhaps stick to it or make it longer so as a customer you know what to expect.
Now, I am in the process of figuring out a return which is not for free. Marvellous.

Very slow refund on returns
