Do not subscribe to this App I just got…

Do not subscribe to this App I just got charged $19.99, $19.99, and $15.19
I quickly within minutes reached out and asked for reimbursement for the erroneous purchase. They won't reimburse my money.
Probably an AI bot called Lucy answering these emails. I'm down almost $56.00.

Didn’t ask for their service

Didn’t ask for their service, don’t have or can access an account on their site, can’t login -states no account listed, yet they want all this information when I can’t get any information from their site. Bad bad experience. Do not get involved with this service.

This App is a scam

This App is a scam. Its an App to help you put outfits together bought on Amazon. You are initially charged €15.19 to sign up. Not too bad right?
They then offer to do colour matching for you which you just receive a "Continue" option for. That results in another charge of €19.99. My bank phoned me to alert me of these transactions and also said there had been two further attempts to debit €40.
I was advised to contact Dressly support which I did.
I asked that I be unsubscribed and refunded as per terms and conditions.
They replied to say I could have a refund for €15.19 only. I would not get a refund for the €19.99 for colour recommendations.
However in order to qualify for my refund I had to use the app for 7 days. They requested a screenshot from my account with Day 7 recommendations.
I explained that my 11 year old had signed up for this App using my ipad. She thought it was a game. I hadnt downloaded their app and did not feel comfortable doing so due to the extra charges to my account.
I was advised that the only way I could get a refund was to download the app and use it for 7 days. They're probably hoping I won't bother and they can keep the money they took. I wonder how many others have fallen into this trap. The charges being applied are not clearly explained in the usual way.
I do not recommend.
