Ordered two dresses that weren’t what the picture showed. Customer service was great until I asked for a return then has completely ghosted me.

The dress is beautiful. We ordered in December. The wrong dress arrived in January. There was a lot of back-and-forth trying to get the correct dress here in time. Ultimately, they ended up express shipping the correct dress at the last minute. It is very beautiful and high-quality.

I ordered a dress for my birthday and it is the most beautiful dress ever. I was worried it wouldn't arrive in time since I live in Italy but they were fantastic and made sure it arrived in time, so I must say the costumer service done a good job because I sent a ton of emails and they always answered fast.
I recommend ordering two months ahead to avoid panic because I ordered a month ahead and I was really stressed but it arrived a week before my birthday so perfect.

I initially gave Dressmeet a 1-star review as communication about the delivery was poor and the stated delivery time was incorrect. However, the dress has arrived just in time and is lovely. I would advise a 3-month wait time for a dress to avoid a panic.

Dress was beautiful and fit perfectly! The colors were amazing and the customer service was excellent at keeping me updated along the way. If you need something from this site definitely order a month 1/2 ahead of when needed !

I ordered my wedding dress online..Yes! I took a chance & o.m.g!!! My dress was perfect & fits like a glove! The material is high quality & it's made exactly how the add looks. In the beginning, I wasn't sure what to expect. But I took a chance. They answered all my question immediately, the we're so kind and they did a great job on my dress. It looks and fits exactly how I wanted it to. Great experience. I will definitely order many more dresses from them.

The shipping was also very fast, I was told they would rush my order and make sure I had it in time due to the fact that I ordered it a week before my event.

Customer service deserves an A+ From start to finish, the communication was amazing. Response time would be within an hour of sending a message. The DRESS......flawless!! Custom made, hand sewn and fits every curve with room to move around. A sweet 16 gift to remember for sure. We will order again for other special occasions. Money and time we'll spent!
