I had a very good experience with Hakan Bulam from the very first contact. Already on WhatsApp, I could tell that the communication was smooth and professional. We also had a video call where I was able to ask all my questions and received clear, honest, and reassuring answers. This made me feel safe and confident even before the surgery was booked.

What really stood out was their availability – it was possible to reach the team almost any time of the day, and they were always helpful and professional in their responses.

When I arrived at the clinic, I felt incredibly welcomed. It felt like I was their only patient, even though they were taking care of several people during my 10-day stay. All the focus felt directed toward me, which gave a very personal and reassuring experience.

I also received excellent care at the hospital that the clinic collaborates with, where the surgery was performed. Hakan showed great care and professionalism in his recommendations. He didn’t want to do anything too extreme since I am young, and he said something that really stayed with me:

“When I operate on someone as young as you, I think of you as if you were a relative of mine. I truly want to do this in the best possible way so that you are happy and that it is as safe as possible. That’s why I recommend 350 instead of 420.”

This gave me a huge amount of trust in him as a surgeon.

The results also exceeded my expectations. He created a very natural-looking BBL, and my tummy tuck was performed extremely carefully with very thin and neat scars. My butt turned out really well, which I was a bit skeptical about beforehand. I was also worried that my belly button would look unnatural or show a lot of scarring, but the result looks very natural and beautiful.

Before the surgery, I received a clear and detailed explanation of how everything would be done. On the day of the surgery, a taxi booked by the clinic picked me up from the hotel they collaborate with. I was driven to the hospital, given my surgical clothes, and had time to calmly prepare for my two-night stay.

About an hour after I arrived at the hospital, Hakan came in and started marking my body, which also felt very professional and reassuring. After the surgery, I experienced quite intense pain, which is of course expected after such major procedures. Despite that, I felt safe the entire time, knowing I was in good hands.

Shortly after the surgery, Hakan and Nesli (who performed my breast surgery) came into my hospital room. They took the time to inform my family members about how everything had gone and explained the entire process in a clear and calm way. I was still very affected by the anesthesia and quite dizzy, but it felt reassuring to know they had been there and had also tried to explain things to me.

During my stay at the hospital, I received amazing care from the staff. They came in regularly to check my IV, medications, and overall condition. I was helped with meals and supported when I started moving again. Already after the first night, they helped me get out of bed to get my blood circulation going, which felt very professional and important for recovery.

After being discharged from the hospital, the great follow-up care continued. Just one day later, I had my first follow-up appointment at the clinic, and in total I had 3–4 scheduled check-ups during my stay. During these visits, they carefully made sure everything was healing properly and that the results looked good. This gave me extra reassurance that they were closely monitoring my recovery.

It wasn’t only Hakan and the medical team who made the experience so great, but also the people behind the planning and communication. From the very beginning, I had close contact with Söhret and Efe, who were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.

They handled all the planning – booking my appointments, arranging transportation such as taxis to and from the hotel and hospital, and keeping me updated on the full schedule. They were also the ones I communicated with the most before meeting Hakan, and they made everything feel very organized and smooth from the start.

I truly appreciated how available and dedicated they were. They responded quickly, communicated clearly, and made sure I always knew what the next step was. This made me feel safe from the very beginning, long before I even arrived.

I have chosen Dr Hakan for my breast augmentation and uplift and I don't regret my decision at all. From very beginning I was looked after by the doctor and his assistant. Also the staff in a hospital was very approachable and helpful. The result after my surgery was exactly what I was expecting. If you’re wondering whether or not to book in with Hakan Bulham, I promise you it was a decision I will never regret.
I had breast revision surgery (decrease in size) and a mini fat transfer.
I have dark skin so I was worried about scarring but I can honestly say that after 7 weeks using the silicone gel prescribed to me by dr hakan, the scars have almost vanished. I am amazed.
My experience in Turkey was so much better than my experience in London getting breast surgery. He is so neat and tidy and precise. He listened carefully to my desired outcome and achieved it better than I imagined. I feel more confident than ever.
His team are on call whenever you need a question answered. I can’t thank them enough.

For years, I wanted to have rhinoplasty, but I never dared because I was afraid. About 2 years ago I have contacted to Dr. Hakan Bulam and decided to have surgery. I had a lot of fear before the operation, both about its appearance and the duration after the surgery. I was not satisfied with my breasts and was looking for a doctor I could trust, and than I have contacted to Dr. Hakan Bulam🙏 3 years ago. I wanted to have breast agumentation and arm lift surgery, but the post-perative recovery process scared me a lot. Dr Hakan Bulam is the only cosmetic surgeon I trust. I’ve travelled to Istanbul just to do my procedures with him. My review 40 days after breast augmentation by Dr. Hakan Bulam. So my experience started with a lovely doctor assistant, we chatted on WhatsApp and any questions I had, she patiently answered me all of them.
The doctor was very nice, listened to all my wishes regarding the future breast as carefully as possible.
The operation itself was successful too.
The first time after the operation boobs doesn’t look good at all, you have to be ready for this. Right after the operation my nipples were completely down and the lower pole was much smaller than the upper one. Now, forty days later, the muscles are gradually relaxing, the implant is lowering, the nipples are rising.
