I had two appointments here and whilst I found Dr Boreham to be very kind and understanding, I had to wait over a month for a referral letter which only got sent because I chased it up. I wasn't even offered an apology for it being overlooked. I'm really very disappointed and quite upset with this level of service and really expected better given that I am paying quite a price for these appointments. I've had difficulty being taken seriously within the NHS and now I feel the same here.

We had an excellent experience with an appointment and follow-up with ENT surgeon Mr Frampton for our son. Mr Frampton went out of his way to give us a follow-up call outside of his clinic hours when we were concerned he wasn't improving. Our sons ear is now better and we feel thoroughly reassured- thank you!

It’s been a long time since a GP has listened and been so empathetic, making me feel valued as a human being and not making me feel old a past it, that said I am only 57 years old.
It was lovely not to feel rushed and not to be told that I couldn’t discuss more than one problem. All in all I would throughly recommend and I’m high likely to use this service again the future.

Received quick appointment for a consultation, Dr Lyndsey Boreham was very reassuring. She carried out examination, blood tests and supplied results and diagnosis the next day. Also supplied prescription for necessary medication at the same time. Perfect.

As I couldn't be seen by my own NHS doctor for 10 days I found Dr Helens Web site and gave them a ring and I was so amazed that I could be seen either the same day or the very next day .
I saw Dr Lexi who is a very friendly and charming person.She put my mind at rest with a thorough physical going over on my very painful knee .She diagnosed a Meniscus tear and suggested home treatment and gave me a prescription for painkillers and excersises to do at home .

I visited Dr Helen Medical for my appointment with Dr Simon and very satisfactory with the care I received. Good atmosphere friendly staff and very responsive team.

I booked an appointment to discuss the menopause, having got nowhere with my GP. Dr Lexi spoke to me at length about all my concerns and I then had an ECG and bloods taken to give a comprehensive assessment. I was issued a private prescription and received my blood test results the next evening, which was fantastic service. Have recommended to several friends!

Very fast, efficient booking system helped me to get a same day appointment when my usual GP practice was unable to see me or even speak to me for a further 3 days.

I was seen, diagnosed and referred on for further checks which was all same day for shingles.

I recommend Dr Helen medical and wouldn't hesitate to book again if I or my family needed it.
