These are awesome, we bought the soccer ball and the baseball glove for our Grandsons for Christmas.... They love it!!! We had a small issue with one of the stands, they had a new one shipping the very day I emailed about it. The program seems to be just as great as the customer service!! Thank you Dribbleup!!!

I ordered the basketball and baseball glove for Christmas. Unfortunately my puppy got a hold of the glove and tore apart the fingers. I emailed dribble up and asked how to buy another one. They sent me another glove FREE of charge. Amazing customer service. We will definitely buy more items!

I ordered a baseball glove for my boys for Christmas. I however did not read what I was ordering and ordered the wrong glove. I wrote an email Christmas morning and to my surprise they responded right back and we’re very understanding. They sent me the return label and the new one is on its way! Excellent customer service for sure!

I ordered the basketball as one of my sons Christmas gifts I kept checking to see if it would be here was worried it got lost and emailed customer service they mailed me a replacement right out in case the first one got lost I got the first ball but there customer service is great and he loves it!!

DribbleUp Basketball has it figured out… My 6 year old son loves to practice basketball now… The app has clear and detailed audio / video instructions and it’s simple to operate… There are tons of streaming options with loads of inputs, features, and content… The sleek design and the yellow color of the basketball stands out… Hopefully he can get a basketball scholarship so his mom and dad won’t have to pay for college… Wishful thinking 🙌🏼

By mistake I bought basketball instead of soccer ball. I reached out to customer service and they emailed me with prepaid shipping label to exchange one for a soccer ball. They made the experience effortless. Eagerly awaiting for the soccer ball ⚽️😊. Best customer service ever

I reached out to customer service and without hesitation they emailed me a return for me to exchange one for a soccer ball. They made the experience effortless. My son loves his basketball and can’t wait to receive the soccer which is already on the way.

Terrible. Ordered a basketball and a stand for my niece for Christmas. They sent a Soccer ball instead. So they sent me a return label and said they would swap it out for us. I went to post office and sent the soccer back. Instead of swapping it out for the basketball they refunded me only part of what I paid. They didn’t even refund me the whole amount so I couldn’t re-buy the ball if I wanted. My niece never received her Christmas present that she actually really wanted. Would never buy from this company.

I purchased this product as a gift for my grandson. The customer service representatives have been the most helpful reps I have ever dealt with. They are extremely professional as well as patient. EVERY question I posed, they answered IMMEDIATELY!!! I am not tech savvy and they were able to walk me through each step. I LOVE DribbleUp and so does my grandson! I am so grateful for all of their help!

I had ordered a Smart Soccer Ball as a Christmas present. After finding out it was stolen from my porch, I contacted Customer Service to see if they could help. I received an email within 5 mins letting me know they would send out a replacement ball the next day. Talk about stellar service. Gail was a pleasure to deal with and made it all happen. Purchased for Christmas. When we opened up, the phone attachment clip was broken. We emailed customer service on Christmas Day, had a response within the hour, and new complete tripod unit ready for shipment. Great customer service, thank you!!
