Misleading seller experience and extremely poor handling by support.
I purchased a Google subscription through Driffle, and after multiple issues, delays, and repeated requests for screenshots and verification, the problem still remains unresolved. Every response was “please wait,” “we are checking with the merchant,” or “we will update you soon,” while no actual solution was provided.
The activation link they finally sent clearly showed:
“Subscription already in use.”
This strongly suggests the code/link had already been redeemed before being provided to me. Despite sending all requested proof, screenshots, account verification, and subscription history, they continued delaying instead of resolving the issue quickly.
The biggest problem is not just the faulty seller, but the way Driffle keeps protecting or tolerating these kinds of merchants while customers are left waiting for days without a clear resolution or refund.
If you buy from this platform, be careful — especially with digital subscriptions and third-party sellers. The support sounds polite, but the process becomes endless delays, repeated verification requests, and no accountability.

I purchased a Perplexity AI Global code from Driffle, but when I tried to redeem it, the system showed that the code had already been used/redeemed.
I immediately contacted their support team and provided all necessary details . The support agent informed me that the case had been forwarded to the merchant for investigation and asked me to wait 72 hours for an update.
Unfortunately, more than 72 hours have now passed, and I still have not received any meaningful update, replacement, or refund.
This was my first experience purchasing from Driffle, and I genuinely hoped for a smoother resolution process considering the platform’s reputation. I understand that issues can happen with digital products, but timely communication and proper customer support are extremely important.
At this point, I am still waiting for a clear resolution, either through a replacement code or a refund. I hope the Driffle team reviews this matter seriously and resolves it professionally as soon as possible.
