TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I had bought a key that was listed as redeemable with the listed region as Global, as in redeemable AROUND THE WORLD. I tried to claim it in North America, and my key was listed as invalid, and Steam told me my purchase was cancelled. I had taken a ticket with customer support, only for them to tell me my key was ineligible for redemption in that region, with no refund or replacement key, just a closed ticket.

As mentioned in our previous communication, this particular key is not eligible for activation in the United States region. These restrictions are clearly outlined on the product page under the “Check Restrictions” section.

Their membership cancelation is frustrating on a phone. It was fine on desktop. I appreciate the care they took to explain and then follow up to make sure my issue was resolved. If so business with them again, but I'd do it on desktop.
