Love the tropical punch. I have been drinking too much! Just had bloodwork done and my triglyceride were through the roof. Turns out SUCRALOSE is not to good for blood sugar levels. I am reducing usage to one pac a day. If next bloodwork is still high, will have to give it up and just drink water

We love 4D. My husband is a runner and likes it for all the benefits for runners and I have diabetes and need the electrolytes.

I have been drinking for months, but flavor went from good to terrible. Taste now is chemical and undrinkable. Do not buy unless you like to dump drinks down the drain.

Found this stuff in 2011 while working at Tulane, good clean energy can’t say enough good stuff about it, dropped off my radar for a while then I saw it in Sam’s club so I immediately got it when the Sam’s I go to stopped carrying it I hoped on line and got some more

I love drinking this stuff! I work early mornings and sometimes graveyard shifts and when I get really tired I just drink a packet of these in 16 oz of water and it gives me the vibrance and energy that I need to last another 8 hours thank you for providing an excellent product!

I've used 4D for many years now and it has never let me down

I purchased the sample pack and although I have a favorite, I loved them all! Wish you could purchase monthly multi-packs to always have a variety! 🤗

Its just too expensive! If you buy a bottle of water then add 4D your nearly at $4. Your product is good but nearly unaffordable in the whole scope of things.

4D gets me through the day

I know this is a pre-workout, but a co-worker suggested it as a way to stay sharp throughout the day. And it does just that--clears the brain-fog, speeds up thinking and all without the anxiety or jitters other brands of pre-workout cause. And it tastes great. Love this stuff. I now have a monthly subscription that has been completely worry-free. Thanks!
