Dreadful machine. I can not get a decent black espresso or americano. I have contacted the Singapore HQ several times & I get a bot reply asking for serial number & video. No personal service. Useless!! I have the machine just over 4 weeks & want to return for refund as it’s not as advertised & extremely disappointing. Wake up HQ Singapore & sort out your London customer please.

Very negative experience with the Morning machine and capsule subscription. The first batch of capsules I received was just OK, no better than what's available in the supermarket for half the price.

The machine is also good but not great. The screen is gimmicky and it's no better than similar sized machines from the leading brand which ultimately work the same way.

Lastly, the website where you order the capsules is very glitchy and isn't working for me at all right now. I requested to cancel the subscription after one month and they requested a bill of over 150% the price of the machine. When you consider that all I have received is really just the machine and one pack of capsules it's quite absurd to ask for more than the retail price of those.

Overall a negative experience and I would strongly recommend against this brand.

Whilst the machine is great, I wish the UI/UX for the app was more user friendly. Some of the buttons and menus on the machine are also confusing. But it does make a much much better cup than any Nespresso machine out there

Took the plunge to switch to Morning because I've been wanting to update my old nespresso machine. Amazing what a properly calibrated machine can do and love the customisation possibilities and recipes.

After using the Morning Machine for more than six months and experimenting with its settings, I am more than impressed and happy with my results.

The Morning Coffee machine has allowed me to enjoy barista-style coffee at home through the convenience of a capsule machine.

Its technology might not be for everyone and often takes patience and time, but for me, the results are worth it.

You should buy this machine if you want more than the basics from a machine and you are looking for consistently good home coffee.

Really great company, hardware and had a particularly positive experience with their customer support who were empathetic, friendly and patient throughout. Highly recommended.

I have had this coffee machine less than 6 months. After having numerous issues with the machine and emails sent with step that make no sense. I asked for the coffee machine to be sent back for a service. The company said they would collect but never did. Then said I can return to post office, no address, no label, again emailed and no reply. Emails back and forth and weeks for them reply I asked for a refund. Still waiting for the machine to be collected. The service is shocking and the coffee machine is a massive waste of money.

Packaging i receive from my monthly subscription feels too excessive and not environmental friendly. I end up throwing away the morning boxes that look super new but I have nowhere to keep them.

Currently it feels very much on consumers. If they don’t recycle the boxes or bring used capsules to Morning shops then nothing will be recycled.

It will be great if Morning can make more effort in sustainable part. Eg, collect back the unused box from customers monthly. Provide used capsules collection from customers who subscribed or order online would encourage them to recycle the used capsules instead of throwing away.

The staff at the store were helpful and knowledgeable. They really added to my experience and helped with recommending pods to my palate.

Although the machine is out of warranty, the team still exchange a unit. Thumb up for after sales service.
