This is a SCAM

This is a SCAM! I bought two very expensive bottles of champagne almost a month ago and have not received replies to 4 emails and the phone number on their website is disconnected.
DO NOT BUY!
Now trying to go through my bank and police to get my money back....

They never answer the phone which is…

I've spent another day trying to get through to you, however still nobody ever answers the phone. I've also sent 3 emails without response. There are millions of people unemployed in the UK, why don't you employ some to answer the phone as your level of service is shameful.

Ordered items for birthday but they never showed.
Make sure you read other reviews.
I do not believe that these people are in the UK.
Terrible service all round - 1 star, too many.

Avoid Avoid Avoid

Delivered the wrong item.
Didn't answer their phone.
Took 3 days to respond to email.
Blamed the shop that delivered the item.
Took zero responsibility for the fact they selected that shop as a supplier.
Organised the courier return promptly but then waited until I chased them for the refund before issuing it.
I would avoid this company.

Delivered the wrong item and don't answer the phone

I just sent them this email, which I think sums up the problem quite nicely...

"I ordered 2017. You sent me 2019. I tried to ring you three times (inside working hours) but there's no one available to take my call. Please send a courier to collect the incorrect delivery and refund my money. I do not require a swap. I would rather re-order from a company that delivers the correct item, or at least answers the telephone when they deliver the wrong item. Thank you."

I ordered a bottle online as a birthday…

I ordered a bottle online as a birthday gift for somebody. Four days later they emailed to say they had got the price wrong and had to cancel my order. This leaves me in a difficult situation as I had to find and redeliver a new gift, which will now be late. Poor customer service and entirely their fault.

No wine, no refund

The company is not sending back my money, they owe me 1200 euro! It is a total disgrace, next step will be that I will consult a lawyer and take them to court. They do not have the wine they say this is now more then a moth ago!
So do not trade with these people.

excellent service

Although part of what I ordered failed to arrive because it was damaged in transit the follow up to complete the order was excellent and most helpful, hence my rating of five stars.

Dishonest Company

This is an appallingly dishonest company. Placed an order, two weeks later no delivery. Sent e-mails - no response. Activated dispute via Paypal and then received an e-mail saying that the goods were damaged on delivery. I received no delivery, this was rubbish. After further e-mails, I eventually received a refund with no apology. Never trust this company, the employees will tell you anything.
