Mothers Day Gift…
I ordered a bottle of gin for Mother’s Day in good time. The day came for delivery, by Royal Mail and it didn’t arrive. It was returned. I was rather disappointed. I called their office and I was advised the bottle was probably damaged. I received an apology over the phone and by email. They confirmed that they would arrange for a bottle to be replaced and delivered the next day, by courier, which it was and I was very happy with their service. Thank you. (I have used their services previously without any need to contact them).
