Long story short, worst experience ever. Delivered me different wine than advertised (picture & name). After making note of that the solution was that mistakes are happening and that I can keep the (cheaper) wine. Now a couple of weeks further still no refund, not able to return the wine as ‘they’re not able to create a return label’ and no perspective. Once again, worst experience ever

Thank you for your feedback. We want to express once again our deepest apologies for the inconvenience occurred with your order from 1st of July. There was indeed a mistake in the product page, resulting in you receiving a different wine from the one you ordered. This mistake has since then been amended.
As a solution and as agreed with our customer service, we have provided you a return label on 21t of July, which you have used to return the bottles. Once the bottles returned, we have issued the full refund of your order on July 28th.
We are sorry that this process took longer than expected, but we are glad it could be solved, we thank you again for your patience.

Ordered KWV Roodeberg in early Dec. Received a email late Dec to say they had no stock and would refund the money. After 3 emails from me still no refund. Not very happy
I bought a 123 euro champagne at drinks & co NL in a special edition with a nice coffret. However, i received a normal one without a coffret. I tried to call but waited 10 minutes and no one picked up. I left a voicemail and never got a call back. Then i googled drinks & co and found out it has a lot of bad reviewes same as mine. A lot of people received a different bottle than bought and got no response. First and last time Im gonna order here. I warn u guys do not order here.
