This company has actually closed down the guy has started another company . You can place an order like I did . They will take the money , but it never ships and you can’t speak to anyone nor do they email back . They should not accept new orders and knowing that they won’t deliver is very shady practices indeed . Spoke to the local agencies about him who advised they do wish to speak with him . Avoid
Placed order and they charged me but the order never shipped. Zero customer services, no response to emails and when I tried to call and transfer to the "operator" a toddler picked up the phone, clearly picking up their parents mobile. I asked to speak to their mom or dad about a water bottle and the poor kid was just running around saying water bottle. Very bizarre interaction. When I called back, calls went straight to "Josh's" voicemail with no returned call. Really a bummer, this seems like a cool product but super strange and clearly not very mature company.
I dont like it, i didnt even get the Cargo and its been 20 days by now.
We love the product and we're receiving orders just fine until three months ago. We haven't received our last three orders even though the money was taken from our bank account. We have called but it always goes to voicemail and they never call back. We have emailed and never get a reply. We finally canceled our last order and put a hold on our subscription until they send us the product we ordered or refund our money. I don't know what happened. Things were going great until recently. We would love to keep doing business with them as we love the product but we are not going to pay for nothing!
Place a order for there product it said it would take 5 to 10 days for shipping, there has been a shipping label waiting for the product to be shipped for 10 days and still has not been shipped, I sent message and got no response this company sucks and there customer service sucks I will never buy from ever again
I purchased from them in February for my son’s birthday and the order came, couldn’t complain but now my second order which I placed 2 weeks ago and which is substantially more than the first has not been sent. Every time I check the tracking it just says UPS does not have it but a label has been created.
I have tried contacting the company numerous times and nothing, no acknowledgement what so ever.
