Had such a bad experience with DS drinks from amozen ordered a case of holsten pills bottles , nothing turned up for over a month, the only email I received in a month to say they was checking fed ex delivery company,iv emailed then 7 times with no reply what a wast of time , amozen not even been in touch , better off with the bottle club , far better

4 cases of beer ordered, 3 delivered. No email to explain why. Rang my bank to confirm that the the full payment had been taken. I have sent emails to get an explanation but no reply. Normal good service sadly lacking. Still waiting. Update:- Refund received this morning, thanks for that. Maybe send an email with the dispatch notice to inform customers before they post negative reviews
