Paid order, but no way to collect or contact the store

First of all, the opening hours on Google don’t match the website or the information on the door in Antwerp.
I ordered a pair of sneakers here a week ago and have already tried twice to pick them up, only to find the store closed both times.

There is no phone number and no reliable way to contact the store. The website directs you to Instagram DMs, but I haven’t received any response.
At this point I have no idea how to reach them or collect my order, which is extremely frustrating.

I will update this review based on how this is handled, but for now I cannot recommend buying here.

Just bought a green hoodie from Buchan yesterday and they were so friendly to help and the shop is so cool i defintly will buy more at their store

TOP SERVICE

They where really friendly, and wanted to help. I just bought some shoes and the site is perfect, you can find your shoes easy. I really recommend drip drops!!!!

Great service!

Great selection and very good customer service - fast in replying to queries and delivery was also very quick. Overall it was a very satisfactory experience! I will definitely be shopping there again. Thank you!

Be careful.

Fake trustpilot reviews, sells shoes with bad stitching + glue on sole, sketchy website, owner of the site cannot prove receipt. Be cautious ordering from here.
