When I booked the service, I selected a specific time for the booking. I was told that I would be assigned a nurse and they would get to our location by the set time. Instead, there was no one assigned and I didn't hear anything from dispatch until after the scheduled time. Ten minutes after our nurse was supposed to arrive, I called dispatch and they told me that there wasn't anyone available. Extremely unprofessional and poor service. If you don't have someone available, you need to let your customer know ASAP so they can book a different service.

The nurse showed up on time I was very professional. She explained everything clearly and I was just the services again.

Our nurse Kelli Williams was great and super informative. The drip was great, but nurse Kelli made the experience such a pleasure. We will definately be booking again in the near future.

So far i've met Meghan, Heather, and their new addition Becky. All very talented nurses with impressive backgrounds (from ED to NPs). Always a pleasure having the people from drip hydration coming through for my family and I. 10/10 would recommend these experienced folks to anybody :)

Out of town with the stomach flu and very dehydrated. I knew I needed fluids but didn’t think I could make it to urgent care or the hospital. I found Drip hydration online and booked something for the next day. My nurse arrived by 9am and he was great. The stomach flu iv was exactly what I needed, hydration plus something for the nausea and vitamins. I felt so much better afterwards.
I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Friendly nurses, fast efficient service, easy to make appointments

Really frustrated, at first I tried to call to book an appointment and I was told I have to book online and can’t call to book even though there as a “press one for booking” option. I went online and I scheduled an appointment in New York. And not being from the area who knew there were two 1717 broadway locations. The address auto populated when booking. the nurse called when she arrived but she wasn’t in the correct location. I tried calling the number I was given and no one answered. When I finally received a call back I asked to cancel because I didn’t want to wait an additional two hours. I then received an email that was being charged in full (including the tip) for a service I never received.

Hanna was just really nice and made us feel really comfortable

Melanie was very friendly and professional. She did a fantastic job throughout the whole experience. She was able to answer all of my questions also. I feel much better after receiving the IV.

My Nurse Nancy was so sweet!!! She did not give up even though my veins were hard and kept at it. Very nice and personable. Highly recommend

Do not go here. They make you pay ahead of time, and then, after the consultation, if you aren’t happy with the offer, they keep $250 as a cancellation fee. It's a total joke.

I called Drip Hydration to get IV fluids after a bad migraine with vomiting for 2 days, and they were fantastic. Super responsive customer service, and they sent Riddhi, the nurse out immediately (she drove over an hour in traffic to get to us at rush hour). Riddhi was so sweet and positive, and extremely capable - I felt like I was in great hands. The IV helped a ton, and I would definitely call them if needed again. Thank you so much, Drip Hydration for saving the day!

Nurse Olivia was so amazing and kind. I had the stomach flu and she came to my apartment for the IV. It was a seamless experience and I felt so much better afterwards!

everyone was great, from the concierge staff, and especially the nurse who came to actually administer the infusion! Also, the actual iron transfusion I received (1st of 5) already has me feeling better. This gives me real hope, and I am very optimistic about the improvement in my health and just general feeling of well-being as the infusions continue.
