Where's the Real Person Help?
We've been using Dripify (others on the team), and they are seeing results. My experience is different. First, it's right before the holidays, and second, my search function is much more limited on Dripify, and no one can figure out why. Bots are fine, but sometimes you need a real person to troubleshoot more complex questions. There's no one to call, and the situation isn't resolved.

I just want to give a shout out the whole team, specifically Stacy, for responding with insane quickness providing me with as detailed of instructions as one could give... I am not sure if Stacy is even a real person(she speaks in chatGPT, so the verdict is still out) But regardless, I have been in contact with dozens of various SaaS companies and platforms while searching for the perfect tech stacks for our small growing company.. And I can say without question, the level of timely and descriptive responses received in the last day from your team has been S tier. It is always nice to know customer service is still achievable in the age of AI. So whether or not I was giving compliments to your chat bot, or if Stacy is a real person who just has elite levels of customer service, kudos to your team. Hoping for continued success for you all!
