Ordered a tracksuit from this company, and have ran into lots of problems. Their phone number doesn’t dial, their email doesn’t let you send a message, they have privated messages on all their socials, their website went down, and I have no clue where my order is. This is so dodgy and I’m not happy at all. Can’t get in contact with anyone
I ordered a tracksuit for xmas my emails were ignored the instagram website then vanished I believe the company is taking money and scamming people. Do NOT waste yr money the website is not legit!! They do not reply and the item just sits for weeks saying ready to ship!!

I ordered a coat for Xmas for my son which was placed at the end of November. Despite this being a clear 3 weeks (and more) before Xmas, as at Xmas Eve, I have not received the item. I emailed on several occasions and was either reassured it would be here before Xmas or asked to check the tracking status - I can see the tracking, hence my email/messages to you as it just says “in transit”.
Very disappointing, mismanaged expectations and wouldn’t have ordered if I’d have known you wouldn’t deliver in time for Xmas. Now main present for my son is missing despite the lead in times on the order and the email stating it would be here for Xmas.
