Have ordered a custom piece ring on website says 2-3 weeks for production and shipping then when I’ve ordered and this time has passed I email them because they have no number….🚩 they then tell me 3-4 weeks well mention that on your website then as people could be buying as a gift for a certain time frame!! It is now approaching 5 weeks!!! I ordered 19th March I’m fuming 😡 this is the last time I’m ordering ORDER NUMBER 5629!

I placed an order which takes 2-3 days to arrive normally and it’s been more than a week haven’t received my order yet. And customer service is the worst I ever have came across. No answer from the company what so ever. I repeat DO NOT BUY !!!! SCAM STAY AWAY !!!
