Very good experience
This is the first time I've bought a car online and was initially very sceptical. However Heycar have made the whole process as easy and risk free as possible. Had great help from Henor in sales and then Shane in customer support. Telephone contact wasn't the best but couldn't fault e-mail responses. The Skoda Superb met all expectations and was delivered in excellent condition. There were several issues but these were swiftly resolved - a major service (reimbursed) and faulty sensor (via warranty). All in all a very good experience and would highly recommend using Heycar.

I was a bit sceptical, but there was no need to be!…
I have to admit I was extremely sceptical about buying a car online and terrified of parting with a large sum of money by bank transfer but I didn’t need to be!
From finding the car I wanted, through the purchase, Diogo was extremely helpful and very responsible to any questions I had. I also had direct contact with Lookers Gateshead during the purchase.
My car was driven down from Gateshead to Esssx for me and the guy that brought it down for Heycar was very respectful of what was now my property.
I would recommend them from the very positive experience that I had with them. Thank you - I love my new wheels!

Highly not recommend.
If you thinking about getting the car stay away if you don’t want to have trouble
Bought two and half month ago Peugeot 508 with 60k mileage. On our journey to Germany car had a breakdown. After visit in garage they said me car wasn’t serviced properly, lots of parts like filters didn’t were changed. Engine was working for long time only on few cylinders. Having proof from garage on invoice, and they refused to help me with this situation. Now I was left with car which can’t be fixed because of the damage. Finance to pay. Cost of all situation are bigger than you can imagine.
If you don’t want to have anything similar STAY AWAY !!
Took them 15 days to finally give me some answer ! Never had a worse experience with any company in my whole life !!

Utterly incompetent
Ordered a car on October 26th.
Paid deposit on October 28th - Finance Approved on October 28th.
Car promised as soon as possible.
November 11th still waiting for a delivery date and it's impossible to find out what is happening because they never pick up the telephone, respond to emails or call people.
Heck the main reason I'm writing this is in the hope that someone at Heycar sees this and gives me a call to tell me what is going on..

Professionally they are brilliant with follow up emails and contacting me to ensure they could help me but because they did not have a car for me the professionalism was electronic and telephones only, shame
