Een auto-abonnement is de jongste en makkelijkste manier om een auto voor jezelf te hebben. Je betaalt een vast bedrag per maand en als je de auto niet meer nodig hebt, of een andere wilt, zeg je het abonnement op of pas je het aan. Met een auto-abonnement heb je nauwelijks verplichtingen. Drive4joy is de eigenaar van de auto en betaalt de verzekering en de wegenbelasting. We nemen de servicebeurten en reparaties voor onze rekening. Je rijdt dus zorgenvrij. Het enige wat we van jou verwachten is een vast bedrag per maand. Opzeggen doe je een maand van tevoren. Verder gaan we er van uit dat je de auto onderhoudt alsof die van jou is. Want dat is ie natuurlijk ook (een beetje).

Working with Drive4Joy is absolutely joyful! We are an expat family that moved from the UK to the Netherlands and are in the process of buying a home in a short while so we love the flexibility for Drive4Joy. We are on second year with 2 cars with them and the end of our first year was straight forward. We are glad that we found this subscription, car availability was spot on, as is the after service. We wish they could allow trekhaak installation for bikes so we can truly acclimatise to NL but apart from that all is really great! THANK YOU BAS AND COLLEAGUES

Bas is excellent with customers. Always very responsive with emails and calls, always follows up when he says he will (often faster than you expect), and really wants you to have the best driving experience. You can tell he loves the cars he rents and wants his customers to be excited too.
No Joy - hours to fix basic problem
4 days now with no car and no plan to fix it. Drive4joy are no help at all and our car needs a new battery. The service partner drive off and said to contact Drive4Joy who then put as back to the service partner. They keep sending people to restart car that doesn't start the next day. Service partner staff dont know who drive4joy is and tell me to contact the dealer, given I didn't buy the car I can't go to the dealer. 4 days and still trying to get a car to run that costs many Euros per day and they cannot arrange a battery. Absolute waste of time dont engage they have zero customer service

Positive experience
We have had a very positive experience with Drive4joy so far. We took out a 6 month lease which was processed & delivered in less than a week. We had an issue with the air conditioning on the car and they went out of their way to solve it for us. They could improve their upfront communication a little but otherwise they seem great.
Romein Schuurman was brilliant
Romein Schuurman was brilliant to work with. Our car had a fault and he dealt with questions promptly and well. In the end, he delivered a replacement in short order. Thanks very much Romein!

Needs improvement
My experience was kind of mixed between good and bad. First car was brand new but had many faults with electronics. There was no follow up to my complaint. I had to wait one month with a faulty car to get a replacement car. The replacement car had no faults with electronics but was given dirty and with multiple scratches from the former driver. I must also say that unfortunately is a bit hard to get in touch with them because there is no possibility to call them directly but only via email. A dedicated phone number would help a lot.

Its a great tool to have a long term temporary or short term permanent solution. The webpage and process was very easy. I have received sufficient guidance and information from the site and the dealer where I picked up the car from.

Nice streamlined process from start to finish. Only time I had to wait was when picking up the car, but that was because I showed up early and it was ready before I finished my coffee.
Very clear, transparent and straightforward contract as well. No hidden costs or backdoor policies. Great example of the new, better way of doing business!
