Great parking option in Florence
Great parking option in Florence — convenient location and very reasonable price. We booked ahead and were glad we did because it was completely full when we arrived. They parked the car for us, let us access it multiple times during our stay, and even allowed us to stay an extra hour without charging more.
Only downside was that one attendant made a few rude/silly remarks when we left the car running, which we understood because we speak Italian. Aside from that, it was a good experience overall.

Servizio eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista. Ho scoperto DriveDrop casualmente durante una ricerca online di un parcheggio nelle vicinanze del Molo Beverello di Napoli, e si è rivelata una scelta assolutamente azzeccata.
Avendo esigenze specifiche legate al mio veicolo GPL – spesso non accettato in molte strutture – avevo bisogno di informazioni precise e affidabili. Il servizio clienti si è dimostrato immediatamente reattivo: sono stato contattato in tempi rapidissimi e guidato con competenza verso la soluzione più adatta, con grande attenzione e disponibilità.
Il personale in loco merita una menzione speciale: cortese, professionale e altamente organizzato. Fin dal primo momento ho percepito serietà e cura per il cliente, elementi che fanno davvero la differenza.
Ho lasciato l’auto per 24 ore e ho vissuto l’esperienza con totale serenità, senza alcuna preoccupazione. Un servizio che trasmette fiducia e che mantiene pienamente quanto promette.
Prezzo assolutamente onesto, soprattutto considerando la posizione strategica: a due passi dall’hotel in cui alloggiavamo, dal centro di Napoli e dal Molo Beverello, comodissimo per noi che il giorno successivo dovevamo prendere l’aliscafo per Capri. Un valore aggiunto concreto che fa davvero la differenza.

Having specific needs related to my LPG vehicle—often rejected by many facilities—I needed precise and reliable information. Customer service was immediately responsive: I was contacted very quickly and expertly guided to the most suitable solution, with great attention and availability.
The on-site staff deserves special mention: courteous, professional, and highly organized. From the first moment, I sensed their professionalism and customer care, elements that truly make a difference.
I left my car there for 24 hours and enjoyed the experience with complete peace of mind, without a single worry. A service that inspires trust and fully delivers on its promises.
The price was absolutely fair, especially considering the strategic location: just steps from the hotel we were staying at, from the center of Naples, and from Molo Beverello, which was extremely convenient for us as we needed to catch the hydrofoil to Capri the next day. A real added value that truly makes a difference.
